Moving on to the Next Level 2 Kings :2
“Thus says the Lord to his anointed, To Cyrus, whose right hand I have held- To subdue nations before him, And to loose the armor of kings, To open before him the double doors So that the gates will not be shut” In this year 2009, the Lord will caused the door of breakthrough to open unto you and every crooked places shall be made straight. As God lives, the treasure of darkness and hidden riches of secret places shall be given unto you in the name of Jesus Christ.
Let me quickly welcome you to the year of next level. All those who put their trust in God this year shall not be put to shame. I’m confident that I will see you at the top in Jesus Christ name
Let me share with you the story of a man that friends and enemies has mocked and despised but because he put his trust in the God of Israel, he was taken to the next level and all who has mocked him came to bow before him when his promotion came. I have good news for someone reading this message; all your enemies will come to bow before you in the name of Jesus Christ.
In book of 2 kings chapter 2, the sons of the prophet were mocking Eli-sha but as soon as he was promoted to the next level when the double portion of the anointing of Elijah came upon him, the Bible says “They came to meet him and bowed to the ground before him” (2 kings 2:15b}. Listen to me somebody, it is true that no one recognized you or remembers you in your family any longer, but as you move to the level of recognition this year, before any decision is taken in your family, you shall be consulted in the Mighty name of Jesus Christ. Eli-sha became a sort after; he became solution to problems, he moves from a position of obscurity into recognition, from nobody to somebody. Lack becomes abundance and failure turns to success.
In Gen. 41: 40-44, Joseph was promoted to the next level, a prisoner became the Prime minister in a foreign land, and even his own brethren came to bow before him. Esther was taking to the next level and a slave girl became the queen. (Esther 2: 17). No matter your situation, no matter the condition this year 2008 you shall move to the next level.
David was the least among his brethren but when the time to move him to the next level came, even though he has been forgotten by his family, the Almighty God makes the least to become the first (1 Sam. 16: 12-13). When it is time to promote Modecai, the Bible says the king could not sleep, he ordered that the book of remembrance be brought unto him. God will open the book of remembrance concerning you today in the name of Jesus Christ. Even though the enemy has planned the destruction of Modecai, the gallows that Haman made for Modecai, Haman was hanged on it. ‘He who dugs a pit shall fall into it”, every grave the enemy has dug for you and your family this year, the enemy shall fall into it in the name of Jesus.
Moving on to the next level requires what I call the 3 D’s of life namely DESIRE, DETERMINATION and DEDICATION.
Do you remember the story of Shad-rach, Me-shach, and A-bed-Ne-go in the book of Daniel? These three Jews have a burning desire to serve only the living God, they determined within themselves that they will not bow down to the gold image which
Ne-bu-chad-nez’zar has made. Their dedication earned them unprecedented promotion to the next level (Daniel 3: 1-30)
In Gen. 12:1-3 God commanded Abram to get out of his country and his father’s house for his time to move on to the next level has come, however Abram carries excess luggage with him when he was departing and until the excess luggage was dropped the promised of God did not come to pass. (Gen 13: 14-18). Brethren moving on to the next level require total obedience. The reason why your miracle has not come has to do with you. God is willing to take you to the next level. He said in His word that “if you are willing and obedient you shall eat the good of the land”.
Despite all the distraction of the sons of the prophet to Eli-sha, in 2 Kings 2: 1-7, he has the desire and was determined to follow Elijah unto the end. His dedication earned him the double portion and he alias changed from servant of the prophet to prophet. There is somebody reading this message, as you applied the 3 D’s and give total obedience to the word of God the story of your life will change.
As I closed this message let me prophesy into your life: The bible says “All the rivers run into the sea, yet the sea is not full, to the place from which the rivers come, there they return again”. I command every evil arrow to return to sender. Every demonic wall surrounding your destiny shall collapse in the name of Jesus. The Bible says “If the clouds are full of rain, they empty themselves upon the earth”. I command both the cloud and the earth to vomit your miracle that has been swallowed in the name of Jesus Christ.
