A LOVE THAT LABORS WILL DO SEVERAL THINGS
1. LABORING LOVE WILL BRING SECURITY. "We Know"
A. Security brings Strength.
B. Security brings Stability.
C. Security brings Success.
2. LABORING LOVE WILL BE SACRIFICIAL. "Laid Down His Life"
A. Sacrifice will Cost you something.
B. Sacrifice will Create an attitude of acceptance.
C. Sacrifice will Comfort one another.
3. LABORING LOVE WILL BE SUBMISSIVE. "We Ought to "
A. Submission is a part of Love.
B. Submission is a part of Life.
4. LABORING LOVE WILL BE SINCERE. "Lay Down Our Life "
A. It will be by Actions not by words alone.
B. It will be by Attitude not by actions alone.
5. LABORING LOVE WILL BE A LOVE OF SERVICE. "For The Brethern"
A. Service reaches Upwards Towards Christ..
B. Service reaches Outward Towards People.
C. Service reaches Inward Towards Self.
A love that labors must be understood as a love of action. Haven’t you heard love is a verb. Let us look at this acrostic of the word: V.E.R.B. God's Love is Active not Passive and so should ours.
VOLITIONAL: The act or power of using one’s own will in deciding or making a choice.
A. You must Decide daily to love.
B. You must determine daily to love.
C. You must Dedicate yourself daily to love.
ENERGIZE: To put energy into: To make active: To power up.
A. To truly Love their person.
B. To truly Learn their personality.
C. To truly Listen their problems.
RESPONSIBILITY: Supposed or expected to take care of something: to be trusted or dependent upon: to take credit or blame.
A. To Carry Out the Spirit’s will.
B. To Carry On the Savior’s work.
BLESSING & BENEFITS: State of bringing hope & happiness in a life that otherwise would not have it.
