The Now Zone Isaiah 43: 18-19
Back in 1899 the CEO of the United patent office made a strong statement which almost closed it down. He said, “Everything that can be invented already has been invented.”
18 “ Do not remember the former things, Nor consider the things of old. 19 Behold, I will do a new thing, Now it shall spring forth; Shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness And rivers in the desert.
God designed, and created you to live forward. God refuses to live 5 min. ago, because there are too many things He has for His people now.
***He’s a now God! Hebrews 11:1-2 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. 2 For by it the elders obtained a good testimony.
Now faith... Not yesterday’s faith... not daddy’s faith... nor pastor’s faith. Now faith for you!
Stop entertaining a minute ago. God won’t be boxed, or franchised out, because He chooses to be relevant.
***He lives in the now zone! Now faith, now love, now peace.
Jeremiah 23:23 Am I a God near at hand,” says the LORD, “ And not a God afar off?
Paul said in Phil. 3:13-14 Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead, 14 I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.
This is an analogy of a runner describing the christians spiritual growth.
The prize is heaven, and every believer who presses on will obtain this eternal prize.
***Isaiah 43:19 Behold, I will do a new thing, Now it shall spring forth; Shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness And rivers in the desert.
God is saying, “What I did in the past for Israel pales in comparison with My future deliverance I have for you!”
***Isaiah 48:6 “ You have heard; See all this. And will you not declare it? I have made you hear new things from this time, Even hidden things, and you did not know them.
Remember this, “Change is the bridge to tomorrow.”
Season’s change, gadgets change, you change, so accept change.
Hebrew 10:19-20 Therefore, brethren, having boldness to enter the Holiest by the blood of Jesus, 20 by a new and living way which He consecrated for us, through the veil, that is, His flesh,
Though season’s change, people change, and you change.
According to Hebrews 13:8 Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.
God desires to walk into the future with you! He will hold your hand.
If you will seek Him and desire Him, according to Isaiah 43:19 Behold, I will do a new thing, Now it shall spring forth; Shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness And rivers in the desert.
