Testimony: “I was watching a boxing match last week on television while in the 5 round the champions opponents trainer threw in the towel! (It hit the head of the referee) God desires for you to throw in a white towel and surrender unto Christ.”

Acts 2:1-4, 42-47NLT On the day of Pentecost, all the believers were meeting together in one place. Suddenly, there was a sound from Heaven like the roaring of a mighty windstorm, and it filled the house where they were sitting. Then, what looked like flames or tongues of fire appeared and settled on each of them. Everyone present was filled with the Holy Spirit and began speaking in other languages as the Holy Spirit gave them this ability. All the believers devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching, and to fellowship, and to sharing in meals (including the Lord’s supper), and to prayer. A deep sense of awe came over them all, and the apostles performed many miraculous signs and wonders. And all the believers met together in one place and shared everything they had. They sold their properties and possessions and shared the money with those in need. They worshipped together at the temple each day, met in homes for the Lord’s supper, and shared their meals with great joy and generosity, all the while praising God and enjoying the good will of all the people. And each day the Lord added to their fellowship those who were being saved.

“Jesus Christ gives life a new perceptive, new hope, new love, new purpose- His dream, vision and purpose becomes yours.”

1 Corinthians 13:4-7NLT Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud or rude. It does not demand its own way. It is not irritable. And it keeps no record of being wronged. It does not rejoice about injustice, but rejoices whenever the truth wins out. Love never gives up, never looses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance.

“There is no substitute for love; Love can conquer anything.”

Genuine revival begins as “one or many,” people take note of their worth as filthy rags.”

What does genuine revival look like? Looks like you! Revival occurs as you place others over yourself.

Romans 12:9-21 Read verses from the book- “Text Messages From God.” (Page 44-45)

“There isn’t anything greater than God’s love, and the love you show toward others.”

Four keys to revival:

#1. Acquiring a desire for change mixed with hunger.

Psalm 42:1 As the deer pants for water, so does my soul pant for you O God.

#2. Humility.

This makes ‘one’ desire and do what he or she normally wouldn’t do, and this can last a lifetime.

#3 Letting the past go, while looking forward.

Are you still talking about something that happened 2 years ago? Stuck in the past.

Are you willing to dream again?

#4 Walking with newness, authority and power.

When you’re born again, (Saved) you have it all!

The problem is believing it; going through the mundane.

2 Corinthians 5:17NKJ Therefore if any man be in Christ he is a new creature or creation in Christ.

Say this- “The old, is dead; the new lives forever; wake up new man--- wake up now!”

Benediction.
