Praise, worship and thank You very much LORD JESUS because You are always here with me and I pile all my troubles, cares, anxieties, burdens, stress, load on You for You care for me affectionately.

VIII. MAIN BODY:
A. The LORD sustains you.
"Cast your burden on the Lord [releasing the weight of it] and He will sustain you;"
Cast or "shalak" in Hebrew which means:
1. to throw out, down or away
2. hurl, pluck, throw
Burden or "yehab" in Hebrew which means:
1. given by Providence, gift
Sustain or "kul" in Hebrew which means:
1. to keep in
2. to measure figuratively to maintain
3. abide, bear, comprehend, contain, feed, forbearing, guide, hold
If we have distress, stress or burdens, pluck it and throw it away to the Coach (the LORD JESUS CHRIST) who gave you this burden because He know you can throw it back to Him.
Philippians 4:6-7 (Amplified Bible)
4:6 Do not fret or have any anxiety about anything, but in every circumstance and in everything, by prayer and petition (definite requests), with thanksgiving, continue to make your wants known to God.
4:7 And God’s peace [shall be yours, that tranquil state of a soul assured of its salvation through Christ, and so fearing nothing from God and being content with its earthly lot of whatever sort that is, that peace] which transcends all understanding shall garrison and mount guard over your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

Communication with the LORD by prayer and fasting is what GOD wants from us, it's a building of our relationship with the LORD JESUS CHRIST and it's all personal and private. Only the LORD and you know how intimate your relationship with GOD is.
If the LORD withhelds his sustaining upon us, we can't even open our mouth to feed ourselves or to eat. That's how GOOD and GREAT GOD is.

17:28 For in Him we live and move and have our being; as even some of your [own] poets have said, For we are also His offspring.
B. The LORD will never allow you to fall
"He will never allow the [consistently] righteous to be moved (made to slip, fall, or fail)"
Righteous or "tsaddyq" in Hebrew which means:
1. just, lawful
Fall, to be moved or "mot" in Hebrew which means:
1. to waver
2. by implication to slip, shake, fall: - be carried, cast, be out of course, be fallen in decay
