Summary: In the journey of life, the issue of location is very vital. Until you get to the right location, you cannot get the right result. This teaching is about how to pray to be at the right location at the right time.

In the journey of life, the issue of location is very vital. Until you get to the right location, you cannot get the right result, no matter how smart you are. Until you are where God wants you to be, you may not enjoy divine blessing. Many people’s heaven have been closed today because they have been wrongly located.

“Now the Lord said to Abram, “Leave your country, your family and your father’s house, and go to the land that I will show you. 2 And I will make you a great nation. I will bring good to you. I will make your name great, so you will be honored. I will bring good to those who are good to you. And I will curse those who curse you. Good will come to all the families of the earth because of you.” – Gen. 12:1-3 (NLV)

We can understand from the above scripture the secret of Abraham was as a result of relocation to the right location. Your location determines how far and how fast you move in life. One of the master keys to success in life is being at the right place at the right time, right day, right year and with the right people.

One thing the enemy does is to push their victim into a wrong location and then allow them to suffer and struggle without any tangible result. The environment where you are born, the type of primary school, college you go, have more to contribute to your destiny.

Your location determines the type of friends you keep, the type of people you associate with, and the type of friends and people you associate with determines how far you go in life. The truth is many people have been wrongfully located. You cannot go beyond your location in life.

“They were near Jerusalem and had come to the town of Bethphage at the Mount of Olives. Jesus sent two followers on ahead. He said to them, “Go to the town over there. You will find a donkey tied and her young with her. Let them loose and bring them to Me. If anyone says something to you, say, ‘The Lord needs them.’ He will send them at once.”

It happened as the early preacher said it would happen, saying, “Say to the people in Jerusalem, ‘See! Your King is coming to you. He is gentle. He is riding on a young donkey.’”- Mathew 21:1-5 (NLV)

That is the story of Jesus, Jerusalem have been prophetically design as the location where Christ will be crucified and there is nothing anyone can do about that and the below scripture confirm that to us.

“Be full of joy, O people of Zion! Call out in a loud voice, O people of Jerusalem! See, your King is coming to you. He is fair and good and has the power to save. He is not proud and sits on a donkey, on the son of a female donkey. 10 I will destroy the war-wagon from Ephraim, and the horse from Jerusalem. The battle-bow will be broken. He will make peace among the nations and rule from sea to sea, and from the Euphrates River to the ends of the earth.”- Zechariah 9:9-10 (NLV)

Another fact is that when you get to your location, you will surely meet opposition but if God is with you, He will surely give you victory. You are not meant to be everywhere, you are meant to be somewhere. When you miss your location, you can miss your destiny. Many people have married the wrong man because they were at the wrong location. Many men have fallen into the hand of the wrong woman because they were at the wrong location.

Every investment you made at the wrong location is a waste of energy. Someone can be putting in all his or her best at the wrong location. When you are at the wrong location, you wear out easily; you find it difficult to find a helper when you are at the wrong location. My prayer for you is that if you have been wrongly positioned, the Lord God Almighty will arise and relocate you, in Jesus mighty name.

Prayers

1. O God my father, if I have been wrongly located, relocate me to the right place, in the name of Jesus.

2. Anything in my location that is not of God, be destroyed by the power of the Holy Ghost, in the name of Jesus.
