are converted to Christ.

John 11:9 “Jesus answered, Are there not twelve hours in the day? If any man walk

in the day, he stumbleth not, because he seeth the light of this world.”

The average life span in the U.S. is approx. 72 years for man. (threescore and ten)

Psalms 90:10 “The days of our years are threescore years and ten; and if by reason of

strength they be fourscore years, yet is their strength labor and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away.”

If you divide 72 years by 12 hours, each hour is equal to 6 years. Then:

-->Others are hired into the vineyard in old age, at the eleventh hour, when the day of

life is far spent, and there is but one hour of the twelve remaining.

"While there is life, there is hope."

There is hope for old sinners; true repentance is never too late.

IV. We must work

A. While it is Day

John 9:4 “I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night

is effectual, the call out of it will be joyful.
