A. Remove from me reproach and contempt

"Take away from me reproach and contempt,"

Psalms 119:39 (Amplified Bible)

Turn away my reproach which I fear and dread, for Your ordinances are good.

Psalms 119:42 (Amplified Bible)

Then shall I have an answer for those who taunt and reproach me, for I lean on, rely on, and trust in Your word.

Psalms 39:8 (Amplified Bible)

Deliver me from all my transgressions; make me not the scorn and reproach of the [self-confident] fool!

Psalms 42:10 (Amplified Bible)

As with a sword [crushing] in my bones, my enemies taunt and reproach me, while they say continually to me, Where is your God?

Psalms 25:2 (Amplified Bible)

O my God, I trust, lean on, rely on, and am confident in You. Let me not be put to shame or [my hope in You] be disappointed; let not my enemies triumph over me.

ILLUSTRATION: I am accustomed and very familiar with reproaches and contempt for I am born in a poor family and our neighbors used to reproach or ridicule us because we can't even afford to buy my diapers before and we have to ask our neighbors to lend us some money, those were the days, and I was told that. I usually think about these things and it resulted in self-pity. That old william nabaza was dead and the new LORD JESUS now reigns in my life, still I rejoice because I am a grace made man.

Galatians 2:20 (Amplified Bible)

I have been crucified with Christ [in Him I have shared His crucifixion]; it is no longer I who live, but Christ (the Messiah) lives in me; and the life I now live in the body I live by faith in (by adherence to and reliance on and complete trust in) the Son of God, Who loved me and gave Himself up for me.

Ephesians 3:7 (Amplified Bible)

Of this [Gospel] I was made a minister according to the gift of God’s free grace (undeserved favor) which was bestowed on me by the exercise (the working in all its effectiveness) of His power.

GOD took away my disgrace, reproaches and contempt, GOD replaced it with love for His WORDS.

B. JESUS have kept Your WORDS in and through me.

"for I keep Your testimonies"

1 Peter 3:16-17 (Amplified Bible)

[And see to it that] your conscience is entirely clear (unimpaired), so that, when you are falsely accused as evildoers, those who threaten you abusively and revile your right behavior in Christ may come to be ashamed [of slandering your good lives].

For [it is] better to suffer [unjustly] for doing right, if that should be God’s will, than to suffer [justly] for doing wrong.

1 Peter 4:14-16 (Amplified Bible)

If you are censured and suffer abuse [because you bear] the name of Christ, blessed [are you—happy, fortunate, to be envied, with life-joy, and satisfaction in God’s favor and salvation, regardless of your outward condition], because the Spirit of glory, the Spirit of God, is resting upon you. On their part He is blasphemed, but on your part He is glorified.

But let none of you suffer as a murderer or a thief or any sort of criminal, or as a mischief-maker (a meddler) in the affairs of others [infringing on their rights].

But if [one is ill-treated and suffers] as a Christian [which he is contemptuously called], let him not be ashamed, but give glory to God that he is [deemed worthy to suffer] in this name.

Even if we suffer, even if we have long standing prayers in our lives, still serve the LORD with a clear conscience, always follow and obey GOD's WORDS for we will be rewarded in due time if we faint not.

Hebrews 12:3-5 (Amplified Bible)

Just think of Him Who endured from sinners such grievous opposition and bitter hostility against Himself [reckon up and consider it all in comparison with your trials], so that you may not grow weary or exhausted, losing heart and relaxing and fainting in your minds.

You have not yet struggled and fought agonizingly against sin, nor have you yet resisted and withstood to the point of pouring out your [own] blood.

And have you [completely] forgotten the divine word of appeal and encouragement in which you are reasoned with and addressed as sons? My son, do not think lightly or scorn to submit to the correction and discipline of the Lord, nor lose courage and give up and faint when you are reproved or corrected by Him;

Faint - weak, feeble, exhausted, relaxed. Don't relaxed our hold on GOD'S WORDS, the more we are persecuted for our ideals based on GOD'S WORDS, the more we adhere to it. Soon, we will receive our reward.

Revelation 22:12 (Amplified Bible)

Behold, I am coming soon, and I shall bring My wages and rewards with Me, to repay and render to each one just what his own actions and his own work merit.

Isaiah 40:10 (Amplified Bible)

Behold, the Lord God will come with might, and His arm will rule for Him. Behold, His reward is with Him, and His recompense before Him.

Jeremiah 17:10 (Amplified Bible)

I the Lord search the mind, I try the heart, even to give to every man according to his ways, according to the fruit of his doings.

IX. CONCLUSION:

Praise, worship, glorify, adore, bless, honor, acknowledge and thank You very much LORD JESUS for You will come back and my reward is with You. HALLELUJAH!!
