Topic: *WASH YOUR BROTHER'S FEET*

John 13:12-15King James Version (KJV)

12 So after he had washed their feet, and had taken his garments, and was set down again, he said unto them, Know ye what I have done to you?

13 Ye call me Master and Lord: and ye say well; for so I am.

*14 If I then, your Lord and Master, have washed your feet; ye also ought to wash one another's feet.*

15 For I have given you an example, that ye should do as I have done to you.

Beloved, Jesus washes our feet always. Anytime we get dust on our feet and go to Him, He doesn't sack us or reject us but He takes His time and gently washes off the dust for us. He makes sure the dust is off and then wipe our feet clean before we go on again with our lives.

Beloved, we are humans, we are fallible and have weaknesses. We would offend one another every now and then and also we would be offended every now and then.

Listen beloved, if we offend someone, we have to seek pardon from Jesus. We have to willing go to Him for Him to wash our feet.

Secondly we need to seek pardon from the one we offended and as Jesus has decreed, that person also needs to wash our feet willingly.

Beloved in the same way when someone offends us he will deal with Jesus himself then after seek pardon from us. No matter what the person did we need to wash His feet and wipe them clean. We need to forgive the person and let go, totally forget the offence and move on.

*Beloved when you offend someone or someone offends you, the real person who is offended in both situations is Jesus*

Beloved, don't hold anything against anybody. If the person doesnt come to ask for you to wash his feet, call him over, wash his feet and wipe them clean for him to go forgiven by you.

Between him and Jesus is his personal problem though you have to advise him to go seek pardon from Jesus who is the main person he has offended. He might not even know he has committed an offence.

Fellow Christians, as Jesus washes our feet to forgive us and also teaches us forgiveness May we also wash each other's feet according to His decree to exhibit our forgiveness for one another out of free will.

Beloved, if we learn to wash each other's feet willingly, knowing that *IT'S ALL ABOUT JESUS*; the world would gradually be healed of its hurt and pain;

And the day of the Lord would be a wonderful and beautiful sight to behold, for many if not all of humanity, shall be in His Kingdom by then and they shall receive their rewards in Jesus name.

Prayer: Father may I always with an open and clean heart wash my brother's feet as Jesus has taught me in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
