Summary: God is full of love because He is Love

The book of 1 John 4:18 records this about God

He who does not love does not know God, for God is love.

And in John 3:16

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

Also in 1 John 4:19

We love Him because He first loved us.

God is love. And He loves us all no matter where we are in life. God's love is unconditional. God's love is without limit. God loves us so much and his love is so deep that nothing can change his love or stop him from loving us.

God loves us in all seasons of life.

God loves us every second of everyday.

God loves us.

God's love is permanent.

God's love can never fade away.

God loves us and because of his love he cares for us.

God Himself his love.

God is full of love.

When I am waking up it's God loving me, God loves me in every situation and his love is always present in our lives. Even when I am not feeling well, his love is still there and yes I am not feeling well but that does not stop God from loving me, God does not want me to be in pain but his love is present to heal me of the pain.

When I feel disappointed God loves me.

When I have failed God loves me.

We need to start believing and accepting that God is love and he loves us deeply.

God loves us so much he gave up his only begotten Son to die for us. John 15:13 says this about love

"Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one’s life for his friends".

It's only God that has ever laid down his life by sending his Son Jesus to die for us. His love is so great that He had to sacrifice his Son Jesus to die for us all.

We are loved by God. His love is Great. His love cared for us all. His love is powerful. His love delivered us from all forms of evil and His love is real.

His love is for everyone and everybody.

God's love is true love.

God's love is unconditional.

Meaning of unconditional

Not conditional or limited

Not subject is any condition

Unquestioning

Unreserved and wholehearted

This is to say that no matter what is going on or what is happening around us or what has happened. God loves us.

GOD LOVES US!

And his love is very strong, it's an undiluted love which means his love is not mixed with any other feeling or quality. And this is why Jesus died for us all.

God's love is an Agape kind of love. It's the "highest form of love, charity" and the "love of God for man and of man for God" There is no one that can love us as God loves us and the love of God cannot be compared to man's love.

In Romans 5:8 records this about God's love.

But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

Another translation puts it this way

But God showed his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners. (NLT)

This is Love. God's Love. He loved us so much even when we were sinners. His love is so great he could not allow us to die in sin.

Let's look at this wonderful scripture in Romans 8:37-39 about God's love

Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

- Victory belongs to us through Christ who loved us

- Nothing can separate us from God's love

- Death, life, angels or demons cannot separate us from God's love

- Fear for today or worries about tomorrow cannot separate us from God's love

- The power of hell cannot separate us from God's love

- No power above or in the earth below can separate us from God's love

- Nothing in all creation can separate us from God's love

- God's love is revealed in His Son Jesus Christ our Lord

God loves us. God's love is real.

The word records in 1 John 3:1

Behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God! Therefore the world does not know us, because it did not know Him.

- God calls us all his children because of his love for us

Galatians 2:20 records this

I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me. (NKJV)

My old self has been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me. So I live in this earthly body by trusting in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. (NLT)

- Jesus loved us he gave himself up for us

- Because of his love i died with him and he now lives in me

- I live by faith in him who loved me.

The book of Psalm 86:15 says this about God's love

But you, O Lord,

are a God of compassion and mercy,

slow to get angry

and filled with unfailing love and faithfulness. ( NLT )

God is so full of love and this is why he is slow to anger.

Jeremiah 31:3 records this about his love

The Lord has appeared of old to me, saying:

“Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love;

Therefore with loving kindness I have drawn you.

- God calls us his people because of his love.

- Before we knew him he had loved us.

- He loves us with an everlasting love.

- God's love is unfailing.

The meaning of unfailing:

Not failing

Not giving way

Not falling short of expectation

Endless

Not liable to fail.

Constant

Everlasting

God's love will never fail.

God's love is endless.

God's love is everlasting.

Meaning of the word everlasting:

lasting forever or a very long time.

Eternal.

Never ending.

Enduring.

Timeless.

God's love is indefinite.

Zephaniah 3:17 records

The Lord your God in your midst,

The Mighty One, will save;

He will rejoice over you with gladness,

He will quiet you with His love,

He will rejoice over you with singing.”

- God is living among us.

- He is a mighty Savior.

- In his love God delights in us.

- In his love he calms all our fears.

- He rejoices over us with joyful songs in his love.

Job 34:19 talks about the love of God by saying this

Who shows no partiality to princes

and does not favor the rich over the poor,

for they are all the work of his hands? (NIV)

Another translation puts it this way:

He doesn’t care how great a person may be,

and he pays no more attention to the rich than to the poor.

He made them all. (NLT)

God loves us all, he is not partial about his love we are all loved by him equally. He created us all in his own image and likeness.

We are all loved by God!

There is an amazing verse in the book of John 17:23 that records this powerful word

I in them, and You in Me; that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that You have sent Me, and have loved them as You have loved Me.

This is great God loves us the same way that he loves his Son Jesus Christ. Awesome!

Putting it is way.

God who is love, loves me the same way that he loves his only begotten Son Jesus Christ.

Nothing can stop God loving us except our unbelief. So we need to believe that God loves us all.

Song of Solomon chapter 2 verse 4 says, God's banner over me is love.

Psalms 136:26

His love endures forever.

Deuteronomy 7:9

Know therefore that the Lord your God is God; he is the faithful God, keeping his covenant of love to a thousand generations of those who love him and keep his commandments.

John 15: 9-17

As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Now remain in my love. If you keep my commands, you will remain in my love, just as I have kept my Father’s commands and remain in his love. I have told you this so that my joy may be in you and that your joy may be complete. My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you. Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends. You are my friends if you do what I command. I no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know his master’s business. Instead, I have called you friends, for everything that I learned from my Father I have made known to you. You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit—fruit that will last—and so that whatever you ask in my name the Father will give you. This is my command: Love each other.

Jesus gave us a commandment to love each other even has we are loved by him and his Father. 1 John 4:18 records this "There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love".

Where God dwells there can be no fear because of his love for us. We are also to love each other and where there is fear this simply means we are not walking in love and God who is rich in love did not give us a spirit of fear but a spirit of power, of love and of a sound mind.

We are commanded to love each other and the word of God says this in 1 John 4:20 that

If someone says, “I love God,” and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who does not love his brother whom he has seen, how can he love God whom he has not seen?

The new International version puts it this way

Whoever claims to love God yet hates a brother or sister is a liar. For whoever does not love their brother and sister, whom they have seen, cannot love God, whom they have not seen.

We do not see God but yet we love him so we cannot hate our brothers or sisters whom we see everyday. living in God's love truthfully will cast out every form of fear, fear involves torment and this brings a lot of negative things into our lives. Let us choose to love even as he loves us.

God is love

We are loved by God

We are loved by his Son Jesus Christ.
