There. Is Something About That Man Named Jesus

“Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.” (Matthew 1:23; Isaiah 7:14; Luke 2:21, King James Version [KJV]).

Greetings In The Holy Name Of Jesus Yahshuah,

My sisters and brothers, there is something about that man named Jesus. We find, Jesus so named at his circumcision, eight days since his birth, “...his name was called JESUS, ...”(Luke 2:21, KJV [The circumcision of Christ]). When he was 12 years old he talked in the temple to the doctors, hearing them and asking them questions with an amazing understanding and answers [Luke 2: 46-48, KJV]. At the young age of 12, we find Jesus, in purpose, saying to his parents, who did not know where he was at, “How is it that ye sought me? wist ye not that I must be about my Father’s business.” [Luke 2: 49, KJV]. Jesus, King of the Jews, already in his public ministry at the age of 12, continuously was about his Father’s business, feeding the sheep, just as David, King of Israel and Judah, was found by Samuel minding his father’s sheep out in the pasture before his anointing to be King:

“And Samuel said unto Jesse, Are here all thy children? And he said, There remaineth yet the youngest, and, behold, he keepeth the sheep. And Samuel said unto Jesse, Send and fetch him: for we will not sit down till he come hither.

And he sent, and brought him in. Now he was ruddy, and withal of a beautiful countenance, and goodly to look to. And the LORD said, Arise, anoint him: for this is he.” [1 Samuel 16: 11-12, KJV].

Most importantly, Jesus in his public ministry gave his time to the children of God, the family of God, even though they did not know that as truth. We find Jesus chastised for lateness by Martha, the sister of Lazarus. Lazarus died yet Jesus was able to raise him up from the dead. Jesus was straightforward, determined, and sure about the business of God. He did not respond to the complaint of lateness for any time to give life is right on time because it was his time that he gave, wholeheartedly, rest assured before his blood ran cold to his tomb of death and before his own resurrection.(John 11:1-44, KJV),

“Then when Jesus came, he found that he had lain in the grave four days already. ...Then said Martha unto Jesus, Lord, if thou hadst been here, my brother had not died. But I know, that even now, whatsoever thou wilt ask of God, God will give it thee. Jesus saith unto her, Thy brother shall rise again. Martha saith unto him, I know that he shall rise again in the resurrection at the last day. Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?...And said, Where have ye laid him? They said unto him, Lord, come and see. Jesus wept. ...Jesus said, Take ye away the stone. ...Then they took away the stone where the dead laid. And Jesus lifted up his eyes, and said, Father, I thank thee that thou hast heard me. And I knew that thou nearest me always: but because of the people which stand by I said it, that they may believe that thou hast sent me. And when he thus had spoken, he cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth. And he that was dead came forth, bound hand and foot with grave clothes; and his face was bound about with a napkin. Jesus saith unto them, Loose him, and let him go.”[11:17-44, KJV]).

More importantly, Jesus pressed to the mark, like a bow and arrow, he got to the heart of the matter, at such a time as that was, the last miracle before his own death (the passion and resurrection) spoken of only in The Gospel According To St. John. “I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.”[Philippians 3:14, KJV]. Jesus, asked God to pass this cup from him yet he died for the sins of man under the charge of blasphemy with notation of tearing down the temple. Was the temple built by Solomon, firstly? Was not Solomon King David’s son? [1 Kings 6: 14, 17, KJV, “So Solomon built the house, and finished it. ...And the house, that is, the temple before it, was forty cubits long.”]

Is not the temple in your heart? According to John, “Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.”[14: 23, KJV]. According to The Epistle Of Paul The Apostle To The Colossians (1: 23,KJV): If ye continue in the faith grounded and settled, and be not moved away from the hope of the gospel, which ye have heard, and which was preached to every creature which is under heaven; whereof I Paul am a minister;”. Likewise, according to The Epistle Of Paul The Apostle To The Ephesians (3:17, KJV):

“That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith: that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fullness of God. Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us. Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.”

In closing, according to The First Epistle Of Paul The Apostle To The Corinthians (3:16-17), “Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are.” Let us clearly reason that the people who sought to protect their temple destroyed their temple because Jesus was their temple, their life, and their resurrection. There is something about that man named Jesus. Christ be with you.

God be with you. Walk with God. God bless. Amen.
