Summary: I come today bringing good news. In a world full of bad news, could you use some good news?

God of all possibilities

Mat 19:26

I come today bringing good news. In a world full of bad news, could you use some good news?

The good news is Mat 19:26 "But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible." - With God all things are possible. There is nothing impossible for him. There is nothing too hard for him. He is the God of all possibilities. There is nothing he cannot do.

We see this all throughout the Bible.

For ex., you will see in the book of Genesis where God creates the heavens and earth out of nothing. He takes nothing and creates something. How can GOD take nothing and create something? Because he is the God of all possibilities.

You go to the last book of the Bible, the book of Revelation, and you will see where one day in the future God will split the sky open and come riding out of heaven on a white stallion. Who else can split the sky open and come riding out on a horse? No one but the God of all possibilities.

You read in the Gospels where a young girl, a virgin, becomes pregnant and gives birth to the Son of God. Who else can cause a virgin to become pregnant, without the involvement of a man, and give birth to the Son of God? No one but the God of all possibilities.

You read also in the Gospels where a man died, no hearbeat, no pulse, dead…. and 3 days later he rose from the grave alive. Who else can raise a dead man from the grave? No one but the God of all possibilities.

With God all things are possible. There is nothing impossible for him. There is nothing too hard for him. There is nothing he cannot do. He is the God of all possibilities.

Now brothers and sisters, with that in mind let me ask you, what are you calling impossible in your life right now?

A sickness that seems impossible to be healed?

A financial difficulty that seems impossible to be met.

A relationship problem that seems irreparable?

WHAT YOU ARE CALLING IMPOSSIBLE, God calls possible.

but with God all things are possible

Let’s look at some things that are possible with God. Things that you may be calling impossible.

1.First of all, there is no prayer he can’t answer.

What is it that you could ask God for that he cannot do? There is nothing to difficult, to hard you could ask God to do that he cannot do.

Jesus said Mar 9:23…, If you can believe, all things are possible to him that believes.

He didn’t say if you can see it. Some people are blind. He didn’t say if you can buy it. Some people are poor.

No, he said if you can believe. We all can believe. You can be blind and believe. You can be poor and believe. And he said all things are possible to the one who believes. Can you believe? Then all things are possible.

Mar 11:24 Jesus says, "Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them."

Someone will say, “I prayed and God didn’t answer.” There is no prayer he can’t answer.

God answers every prayer that is prayed. Jer 33:3 God says, "Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not." –

God says call unto me and I will answer thee. Let God be true and every man a liar. If God say he will answer he will. He may say yes, he may say no, or he may say wait, but there is no prayer he can't answer.

Pray and watch the God of all possibilities work in your life. There is no prayer he can’t answer. Won’t he do it?

2. There is no problem he can’t solve.

What problem could you bring to God and he couldn’t solve?

What sickness? what sadness? What struggle? What trial? What trouble? What difficulty? What discouragement, could you bring to God and he could not solve? Jesus said, with God all things are possible

Mat 19:26 … with men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.

The dr. may say there’s nothing else we can do. The lawyer may say we’ve done all we can do. Man may say this is beyond our means, beyond our knowledge, beyond our resources, beyond our strength, but with God all things are possible.

There is no problem he can’t solve.

3. There is no promise he can’t keep.

What promise has God made that he can’t or won’t keep? There are some people who make promises they can’t keep and they don’t intend to keep, but not God. If God has promised, he is faithful to fulfill.

You go through and read God’s promises.

For ex., Phl 4:19 "But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus."

Rom 10:13 "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved."

And the hundreds and hundreds of other promises…

1Ki 8:56 "… there hath not failed one word of all his good promise, which he promised…” God will fulfill every promise he made.

Peter tells us "The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise like some people are.” 2Pe 3:9

If God said he’ll do it, he’ll do it. He’s not slack, he’s not slow, he’s not a liar, he’s not lazy. He is faithful. He is able. He will fulfill.

There is no promise he can’t keep.

4. There’s no person he can’t save.

We all need to be saved and there is none he can’t save. There are a lot of ungodly, wicked sinners around and there’s not a one he can’t save, change, deliver and set free. If you don’t believe this watch the evening news. But do you know there is not a one he can’t save.

There is a man in the Bible who was wicked, ungodly. He was a murderer and a persecutor of all that was Godly and right. One day he was walking down the road to persecute and murder more people and he had a life changing encounter with the Lord Jesus Christ. His name is Saul who became the apostle Paul.

If God can save Paul, there is no person he can’t save. All who will believe will be saved.

Rom 10:9 says, “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.” If you can believe you can be saved and all can believe it’s just that some won’t believe.

Rom 10:13 says, “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” There are none he can’t save and there are none he won’t save. Whosoever includes everyone.

God will save all who call upon him. Red, yellow, black and white, we’re all precious in his sight. Regardless of your race, your religion, your political party, your nationality, your sexuality.

God can save gays, queers, lesbians, homosexuals, transgenders. If you don’t like the you were born the first time you can be born again.

He can save the wife beater, the cheater, fornicators, adulterers, whores, prostitutes, porn stars, hookers, child molesters.

There are none he won’t save and there are none he can’t save.

Peter tells us that God is not will that any should perish but that all should come to repentance. 2 Peter 3:9

Jesus said all who come unto me I will not turn away. I will never, no never, no ever turn away. He died with arms wide open to receive all who will come unto him. There’s no person he can’t save

5. There is no mountain he can’t move.

And Jesus said unto them, Mat 17:20… If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, remove hence to yonder place; and it shall be moved; and nothing shall be im-possible unto you.

With that in mind let me ask you, what mountain do you have in your life? I have good news for you today -- God is in the mountain moving business. Who else can move mountains?

Have you ever seen anyone move a mountain? I have never seen anyone move a mountain. That is humanly impossible.

Oh, but not for God, Jesus said “With man it is impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible.” Mar 10:27

He said, “If you have faith in me, ye shall say unto this mountain, be gone, and it shall move; and nothing shall be impossible.”

6. There is no valley he can’t make smooth.

Are you in the valley today? The valley of discouragement? The valley of depression? The valley of defeat?

A valley is deep and steep on all sides. A valley is a grave. It a rut. It’s lonely and dark. It’s spooky and scary.

A valley is “V” shaped. The only way out is to climb up the steep rugged sides to the top. But let me tell you what God can do. God can take the “V” out of the valley and plant your feet on higher ground. God can lift you up out of that valley and set you on high.

David said, "Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me." - Psa 23:4

David says God showed up and when God showed up he took the “v” out of the valley and made it smooth.

He lifted me up on high. He set my feet on solid ground. He brought me from the darkness to light from death to life. From sinking sand, he lifted me, now safe am I.

With man it is impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible. Mar 10:27

7. There’s no storm he can’t calm.

You may feel you are in a storm. God can calm your storm. There’s no storm he can’t calm.

Psa 107:29 "He calms the storm, So that its waves are still." -

- Isa 4:6 says In God "there will be a tabernacle for shade in the daytime from the heat, for a place of refuge, and for a shelter from storm and rain."

Isa 25:4 speaking of God says "For You have been a strength to the poor, A strength to the needy in his distress, A shelter from the storm, A shade from the heat…”

8. There’s no battle he can’t lose.

The Lord is a champion of war. He has never lost a battle.

And your battles are his battles.

1 Sa 17:47 "…. for the battle is the LORD'S…”

2 Ch 20:15 "… the battle is not yours, but God's."

Let me tell you… if God is your God, he’ll answer your prayers, if God is your God he’ll calm your storms, if God is your God he’ll move your mountains, if God is your God he’ll make smooth your valleys if he’s your God.

If he’s not your God you’ll have to work all these out on your own. And with men this is impossible. You can’t work these things out on your own. You can’t even walk w/o him. You can’t even breath w/o him.

I have more good news. If he is not your God he can become your God today. How by trusting in and committing your life to his Son, Jesus Christ.

The Bible says if you will believe in your heart and confess with your mouth that Jesus Christ is Lord you will be saved.

Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life no one comes to the Father but through me.”

You can’t even be saved w/o God. With man it is impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible.

Come to him today and watch him do the possible. Won’t he do it? Won’t he will. He is the God of all possibilities.
