Summary: Being Responsible to God, Others and Self

The equation is: DO NOT PANIC >/< DO NOT BECOME COMPLACENT

Today, I am listing a few suggestions that we all might consider as safe options to occupy down times:

Cooking – trying new recipes – inventing new recipes; baking – bread-pies-cakes-brownies; find a good private fishing spot and try a little luck at angling; hiking; bird watching- keeping a log of the different species; boating, taking a leisure drive; bicycle ride; gardening; reading; maybe try your hand at writing an article or even a book; when something works well for you SHARE, it may help others.

Again, if you attend a large church, where there is no program whereby EVERY member is contacted DAILY to check on them and share an encouraging word, PLEASE contact your senior pastor and be a catalyst for getting something going. Key members can each call, email, text or try in some way to communicate with each person in their group, and so on with enough teams and groups to ensure no one is missed.

Remember: Safe space does not mean isolation or hibernation; it simply means maintaining a social distance of 6 to 10 feet from others
