Text: Psalms 34:1 – I will bless the LORD at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth.
When it comes to God, praise have been a known offering that moves God to act in a supernatural way to change situations and circumstances for good For this reason, the Psalmist said in Psalms 34:1b, his praise shall continually be in my mouth.
For yiu reading this message, I pray that praises shall never cease in your mouth in Jesus name. In your marriage you shall praise him, in your businesses, the name of the Lord shall be praised, in your health praises shall forever be in Jesus name.
As a matter of fact, If you want to enjoy peace of mind even in the midst of challenges of life, all you need do is praise God.
1 Thessalonians 5:18 says, “In everything, give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you”. Here the Bibles makes it clear that we have one uppermost assignment as children of God, praises and thanksgiving.
BENEFITS OF PRAISES
1. PRAISES GIVES VICTORY IN BATTLE
2 Chronicles. 20: 21-24. Verse 22 says
2 Chronicles 20:22 And when they began to sing and to praise, the LORD set ambushments against the children of Ammon, Moab, and mount Seir, which were come against Judah; and they were smitten.
2. PRAISES OPENS PRISON DOORS
Acts 16:25 And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them.
3. PRAISES PULLS DOWN EVERY WALL OF BARRIER
The wall of Jericho was a barrier to the Children of Israel but the Bible says in Joshua 6:1-6, 16 and 20
Joshua 6:20 So the people shouted when the priests blew with the trumpets: and it came to pass, when the people heard the sound of the trumpet, and the people shouted with a great shout, that the wall fell down flat, so that the people went up into the city, every man straight before him, and they took the city.
4. PRAISE OPENS DOOR FOR GODS BLESSINGS
Psalms 16:11
Psalms 16:11 Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.
5. PRAISE IS AN APPRECIATION FOR OUR ELECTION
1 Peter 2:9 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:
In conclusion, five (5) things that can happen when you Praise God are :
The captives are set free as was the case with Paul and Silas
Barriers are broken as it was with the Wall of Jericho
Deliverance from bondages takes place as in the case of Paul and Silas in Prison
Breakthrough automatically takes place
Healing comes instantly.
As we dedicate our lives unto praising God, I pray that the Lord will perfect all that concerns us and make His glory to manifest in our lives in Jesus name.

In conclusion, the Bible says the prayer of a sinner is an abomination unto God. Praise is an aspect of prayer hence all those who must praise God must be Born Again and washed in His blood.
