DESTRUCTION AVOIDED… RESTORATION

IF WE HAVE REAL FAITH AND TRUST GOD, WE TOTALLY GIVE UP OUR RIGHTS THAT GOD HAS TO GET OUR APPROVAL OR EXPLAIN TO US WHAT HE IS DOING. FAITH SAYS: GOD, I TRUST YOUR PLAN. OUR GOD IS SOVEREIGN!
WE LIVE IN A CORRUPT DAY THAT APPEARS EVIL IS WINNING. THIS REPORT IS FALSE. THERE WAS A SMALL GROUP OF PEOPLE THAT STAYED TRUE TO GOD. THE NORTHERN PART OF ISRAEL CHOSE SIN. NORTHERN ISRAEL MADE CHOICES TO BACKSLIDE AND LEAVE GOD’S PROTECTIVE PLAN.
So God began to punish those that were so backslidden. God refused to hear them. God called the nations around Israel, the Assyrian, Babylonians and the Chaldeans to usher in the JUDGMENT OF GOD. Preacher Habakkuk sought God to have mercy and grace on the remnant that was faithful. The judgment was going to be sure and the TRIBULATION was going to be harsh. God spoke to Habakkuk that HIS GRACE AND MERCY WOULD BE SUFFICIENT and God’s goodness would be extended in this season of corruption.
There was a spirit of compromise and lowering the standards of God’s word. The northern tribes were so compromised that the priesthood was evil and their value systems were void of God’s presence.
HABAKKUK HUMBLES HIMSELF AND BEGS GOD FOR HIS MERCY. GOD MAKES A WRITTEN PROMISE TO PREACHER HABAKKUK. IN THE MIDST OF A COMPROMISED AND BACKSLIDDEN CHURCH, HABAKKUK LEANS TO THE ASSURANCE THAT GOD KEEPS GOOD RECORDS.
Habakkuk 3:17 Although the fig tree shall not blossom, neither shall fruit be in the vines; the labour of the olive shall fail, and the fields shall yield no meat; the flock shall be cut off from the fold, and there shall be no herd in the stalls: 18 Yet I will rejoice in the LORD, I will joy in the God of my salvation.
It appears to our eyes and emotions that there will be no fruit. There will not even be any blossoms. DO YOU KNOW NO BLOSSOMS MEAN THERE WILL BE NO FRUIT? Look at the plants, if there is no blooms on a bean plant, there will be no beans, no lentils? There will be no olives? There will be no figs? This will be a total crop failure. If there is any fruit it will not mature and it will mold and rot on the vines,
THERE IS JOY. THERE IS A PROMISE OF RESTORATION AFTER GOD GIVES PERMISSION THAT WILL ALLOW THE WORMS, THE PALMER WORMS, THE CANKER WORMS, THE CATERPILLARS AND THE LOCUSTS TO DESTROY… THE JOY IS GOD WILL RESTORE THE YEARS THE WORMS HAVE MULTIPLIED.
Joel 2:23 Be glad then, ye children of Zion, and rejoice in the LORD your God: for he hath given you the former rain moderately, and he will cause to come down for you the rain, the former rain, and the latter rain in the first month.
24 And the floors shall be full of wheat, and the fats shall overflow with wine and oil. 25 And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpillar, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you. 26 And ye shall eat in plenty, and be satisfied, and praise the name of the LORD your God, that hath dealt wondrously with you: and my people shall never be ashamed.
Come with me, let us have a party and rejoice and be glad… we have a promise! God says trust my plan. God is sending a REFRESHING to our SPIRIT, SOUL AND BODY… God will limit the attack of the enemy on HIS PEOPLE. It may seem like we have lost the game? It may seem our trials, burdens, depression, fear may bury us… GOD NEVER BURIES HIS PEOPLE, GOD PLANTS THE SEED… Our devastation is A GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY FOR GOD TO SHOW HIMSELF STRONG…
Trust God’s plan… what seems like destruction will RELEASE MIRACLES OF HEALTH, HEALING AND RESTORATION OF WHAT SEEMED LOST.
When God restores and fills us there will be a HOLY PRAISE LIFTED TO GOD. God will plant our feet on the solid rock. How can you sink through a solid rock? Empty barns, broken families, hurting churches…
ARISE MY LOVE LET US SING THE WONDROUS JOY. PRAISE GOD THE WORMS MAY SEEM TO HAVE DESTROYED US… IT IS A LIE… GOD WILL RESTORE ALL THE YEARS OF THE DEMONIC
INVASION. JUMP FOR JOY!
COME HOME PRODIGAL! COME HOME! COME IN HOPE! COME IN JOY! GOD HAS A BONUS FOR HIS CHILDREN.
Zechariah 9:12 Turn you to the strong hold, ye prisoners of hope: even to day do I declare that I will render double unto thee;
By faith we are prisoners, prisoners that are filled with a hope out of this world. God is setting those bound by fear, worry and depression free. God’s plan is to award you DOUBLE TIME. God is going to REPAY YOU DOUBLE IN BLESSINGS FOR EVERYTHING THE ENEMY HAS STOLEN FROM THE CHURCH.
Come into the haven of rest and drop anchor. Every blessing we have lost, God is going to restore double.
We must be settled in the arms of the Lord.
Let us discuss the power of doubling… if I asked you to agree to be paid $25 a day for 30 days? Or for 30 days start at a penny a day and double it every day? Which would you take?

JESUS CAN SPEAK THE WORD, HIS WORD TO HEAL YOU… JESUS THE WORD CAN DELIVER US FROM BEING RAZED.
Psalm 107:20 He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.
*DESTRUCTION: A PROCESS OF CAUSING SO MUCH DAMAGE IT NO LONGER EXIST OR CANNOT BE REPAIRED.
The dictionary I looked in says: PLURAL, THE S ON THE END OF DESTRUCTIONS, PLURAL CANNOT EXIST, and BECAUSE ONCE YOU ARE DESTROYED YOU CANNOT BE DESTROYED AGAIN.
I KNOW REAL LIFE, MANY TIMES THE DESTRUCTIONS HAVE CRUSHED ME, MORE THAN ONCE.
CONCLUSION:
James 1:2 My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; 3 Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. 4 But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.
Our daily life has many challenges. Seems we can be crushed from all sides, the stress, worry, hurt and pressures test our faith. Test are neither good or bad they are neutral. It is what we do when we are tested that will reveal your real heart, this test can prove our faith is real.
