Summary: Our God is worthy of it all.

The word of God records that our God is the Omnipotent, Omniscient and the Omnipresent God. God knows it all and He is our all powerful, all knowing and ever present God. There s nothing that God cannot do because He is God. God knows us all by name and even before we knew Him, He knew us all and drew us out of the kingdom of Satan into the kingdom of His own Son.

Omnipotent God

Genesis 1: 1 - 25

In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. The earth was without form, and void; and darkness was on the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters.

Then God said, “Let there be light”; and there was light. And God saw the light, that it was good; and God divided the light from the darkness. God called the light Day, and the darkness He called Night. So the evening and the morning were the first day.

Then God said, “Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters.” Thus God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament; and it was so. And God called the firmament Heaven. So the evening and the morning were the second day.

Then God said, “Let the waters under the heavens be gathered together into one place, and let the dry land appear”; and it was so. And God called the dry land Earth, and the gathering together of the waters He called Seas. And God saw that it was good.

Then God said, “Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb that yields seed, and the fruit tree that yields fruit according to its kind, whose seed is in itself, on the earth”; and it was so. And the earth brought forth grass, the herb that yields seed according to its kind, and the tree that yields fruit, whose seed is in itself according to its kind. And God saw that it was good. So the evening and the morning were the third day.

Then God said, “Let there be lights in the firmament of the heavens to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs and seasons, and for days and years; and let them be for lights in the firmament of the heavens to give light on the earth”; and it was so. Then God made two great lights: the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night. He made the stars also. God set them in the firmament of the heavens to give light on the earth, and to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness. And God saw that it was good. So the evening and the morning were the fourth day.

Then God said, “Let the waters abound with an abundance of living [e]creatures, and let birds fly above the earth across the face of the firmament of the heavens.” So God created great sea creatures and every living thing that moves, with which the waters abounded, according to their kind, and every winged bird according to its kind. And God saw that it was good. And God blessed them, saying, “Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let birds multiply on the earth.” So the evening and the morning were the fifth day.

Then God said, “Let the earth bring forth the living creature according to its kind: cattle and creeping thing and beast of the earth, each according to its kind”; and it was so. And God made the beast of the earth according to its kind, cattle according to its kind, and everything that creeps on the earth according to its kind. And God saw that it was good.

Omniscient God

1 John 3: 19 - 20

And by this we know that we are of the truth, and shall [b]assure our hearts before Him. For if our heart condemns us, God is greater than our heart, and knows all things.

Omnipresent God

Psalm 139: 7 - 16

Where can I go from Your Spirit?

Or where can I flee from Your presence?

If I ascend into heaven, You are there;

If I make my bed in hell, behold, You are there.

If I take the wings of the morning,

And dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea,

Even there Your hand shall lead me,

And Your right hand shall hold me.

If I say, “Surely the darkness shall fall on me,”

Even the night shall be light about me;

Indeed, the darkness shall not hide from You,

But the night shines as the day;

The darkness and the light are both alike to You.

For You formed my inward parts;

You covered me in my mother’s womb.

I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made;

Marvelous are Your works,

And that my soul knows very well.

My frame was not hidden from You,

When I was made in secret,

And skillfully wrought in the lowest parts of the earth.

Your eyes saw my substance, being yet unformed.

And in Your book they all were written,

The days fashioned for me,

When as yet there were none of them.

God is worthy and there is none like Him. There is no other god that can be like God, He is called the Almighty God and He is God that does not sleep nor slumber - Psalm 121: 1. He said in his word that the earth is His footstool - Isaiah 66:1; Acts 7:49. And He also said to us that His eyes run to and fro looking for whom to bless - 2 Chronicles 16:9.

All this and more is proving to us that God is the only God that has all power in His hands. He rules and reigns in his majesty from His kingdom and He alone is worthy of it all. Our God loves us so much that He said to us in Isaiah 49: 16 our names are written on the palms of His hands.

Isaiah 49: 16

“Indeed, I have inscribed [a picture of] you on the palms of My hands;

Your city walls [Zion] are continually before Me.

What a mighty God we have for Him to write our names in the palm of His hands is so wonderful, great and powerful that we cannot understand it until we get to heaven. God is indeed worthy of it all. This simply means that we are secured in Him and it also means that we are cared for beyond our imagination.

God is indeed worthy of it all.

In the life of the Israelites He showed us His power, when He sent Moses his servant to Pharaoh in the book of Exodus 14

Exodus 14

Now the Lord spoke to Moses, saying, “Tell the sons of Israel to turn back and camp in front of Pi-hahiroth, between Migdol and the sea. You shall camp in front of Baal-zephon, opposite it, by the sea. For Pharaoh will say of the Israelites, ‘They are wandering aimlessly in the land; the wilderness has shut them in.’ I will harden (make stubborn, defiant) Pharaoh’s heart, so that he will pursue them; and I will be glorified and honored through Pharaoh and all his army, and the Egyptians shall know [without any doubt] and acknowledge that I am the Lord.” And they did so.

When the king of Egypt was told that the people had fled, Pharaoh and his servants had a change of heart toward the people, and they said, “What is this that we have done? We have let Israel go from serving us!” So Pharaoh harnessed horses to his war-chariots [for battle] and took his [a]army with him; and he took six hundred chosen war-chariots, and all the other war-chariots of Egypt with [b]fighting charioteers over all of them. The Lord hardened the heart of Pharaoh, king of Egypt, and he pursued the Israelites, as they were leaving confidently and defiantly. 9 The Egyptians chased them with all the horses and war-chariots of Pharaoh, his horsemen and his army, and they overtook them as they camped by the sea, beside Pi-hahiroth, in front of Baal-zephon.

As Pharaoh approached, the Israelites looked up and saw the Egyptians marching after them, and they were very frightened; so the Israelites cried out to the Lord. Then they said to Moses, “Is it because there are no graves in Egypt that you have taken us away to die in the wilderness? What is this that you have done to us by bringing us out of Egypt? Did we not say to you in Egypt, ‘Leave us alone; let us serve the Egyptians?’ For it would have been better for us to serve the Egyptians [as slaves] than to die in the wilderness.”

The Sea Is Divided

Then Moses said to the people, “Do not be afraid! Take your stand [be firm and confident and undismayed] and see the salvation of the Lord which He will accomplish for you today; for those Egyptians whom you have seen today, you will never see again. The Lord will fight for you while you [only need to] keep silent and remain calm.”

The Lord said to Moses, “Why do you cry to Me? Tell the sons of Israel to move forward [toward the sea]. As for you, lift up your staff and stretch out your hand over the sea and divide it, so that the sons of Israel may go through the middle of the sea on dry land. As for Me, hear this: I will harden the hearts of the Egyptians, and they will go in [the sea] after them; and I will be glorified and honored through Pharaoh and all his army, and his war-chariots and his horsemen. And the Egyptians shall know [without any doubt] and acknowledge that I am the Lord, when I am glorified and honored through Pharaoh, through his war-chariots and his charioteers.”

The angel of God, who had been going in front of the camp of Israel, moved and went behind them. The pillar of the cloud moved from in front and stood behind them. So it came between the camp of Egypt and the camp of Israel. It was a cloud along with darkness [even by day to the Egyptians], but it gave light by night [to the Israelites]; so one [army] did not come near the other all night.

Then Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and the Lord swept the sea back by a strong east wind all that night and turned the seabed into dry land, and the waters were divided. The Israelites went into the middle of the sea on dry land, and the waters formed a wall to them on their right hand and on their left. Then the Egyptians pursued them into the middle of the sea, even all Pharaoh’s horses, his war-chariots and his charioteers. So it happened at the early morning watch [before dawn], that the Lord looked down on the army of the Egyptians through the pillar of fire and cloud and put them in a state of confusion. He made their chariot wheels hard to turn, and the chariots difficult to drive; so the Egyptians said, “Let us flee from Israel, for the Lord is fighting for them against the Egyptians.”

Then the Lord said to Moses, “Stretch out your hand over the sea so that the waters may come back over the Egyptians, on their war-chariots and their charioteers.” So Moses stretched out his hand over the sea, and the sea returned to its normal flow at sunrise; and the Egyptians retreated right into it [being met by the returning water]; so the Lord overthrew the Egyptians and tossed them into the midst of the sea. The waters returned and covered the chariots and the charioteers, and all the army of Pharaoh that had gone into the sea after them; not even one of them survived. But the Israelites walked on dry land in the middle of the sea, and the waters formed a wall to them on their right hand and on their left.

The Lord saved Israel that day from the hand of the Egyptians, and Israel saw the Egyptians [lying] dead on the seashore. When Israel saw the great power which the Lord had used against the Egyptians, they feared the Lord [with reverence and awe-filled respect], and they believed in the Lord, and in His servant Moses.

This is God been the Omnipotent, Omniscient and Omnipresent God all at the same time. He showed up and proved to the Israelites that He is indeed god and that all power in heaven and on earth belongs to Him and that with Him all things are possible - Matthew 19:26. This is our God and He is worthy of it all.

There is no other but Him and He alone watches over the affairs of man - Daniel 4: 17. God said to us his children that He knows us by name - Isaiah 43:1 and of course if He says this, then that means a lot to us, He knows my name and I can certainly confirm to us all that this is true. When Jesus appeared to me He called me by the name and I was surprised and shocked at the same time, I had to ask Him that How did He know my name? and when I asked He looked at me and said to me, I know everything about you! It was amazing to me that Jesus who was crucified over 2000 years ago would know my name.

Knowing that we have a God that knows us all gives us an assurance that whatever might be happening in our lives right now is not hidden from Him. And He as promised us in Romans 8:28 that all things will work out for our good.

Remember also that the word of God says His greatness is unsearchable - Psalm 145:3

God is indeed worthy of it all.

God who is the Omnipotent, Omniscient and the Omnipresent God also knows the end from the beginning in Isaiah 46:10.

Isaiah 46:10

Declaring the end and the result from the beginning,

And from ancient times the things which have not [yet] been done,

Saying, ‘My purpose will be established,

And I will do all that pleases Me and fulfills My purpose,’

Definitely in our lives His purpose only will stand because He is our creator, who as us in his sight always. Let us rest in the fact that we have a God who is worthy of it all. God will bring the possible out of an impossible situation if we can only trust in His power in our lives. Remember that He brought out water from a rock! - Exodus 17 and He silenced the Egyptians in the life of His children.

Why did Paul prayed this in Philippians 3:10

And this, so that I may know Him [experientially, becoming more thoroughly acquainted with Him, understanding the remarkable wonders of His Person more completely] and [in that same way experience] the power of His resurrection [which overflows and is active in believers], and [that I may share] the fellowship of His sufferings, by being continually conformed [inwardly into His likeness even] to His death [dying as He did];

Paul was amazed by the power of God in his life and wanted to know Him more, to have a personal relationship with Him, where nothing else matters but to know about God and His power and in knowing Him everything else will become secondary in his life. Knowing God and really knowing Him will help us to overcome everything that is a mountain in our lives. I pray that we may really know Him as the God that is worthy of it all and to have a relationship that goes beyond anything else in our lives.

God is worthy of it all in the book of Revelation the elders bow before Him and say this.

Revelation 4

The Throne Room Of Heaven

After this I looked, and behold, [a]a door standing open in heaven! And the first voice which I had heard, like the sound of a [war] trumpet speaking with me, said, “Come up here, and I will show you what must take place after these things.” At once I was in [special communication with] the Spirit; and behold, a throne stood in heaven, with One seated on the throne. And He who sat there appeared like [the crystalline sparkle of] a jasper stone and [the fiery redness of] a sardius stone, and encircling the throne there was a rainbow that looked like [the color of an] emerald. Twenty-four [other] thrones surrounded the throne; and seated on these thrones were twenty-four elders dressed in white clothing, with crowns of gold on their heads.

The Throne and Worship of the Creator

From the throne came flashes of lightning and [rumbling] sounds and peals of thunder. Seven lamps of fire were burning in front of the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God; and in front of the throne there was something like a sea or large expanse of glass, like [the clearest] crystal. In the center and around the throne were four living creatures who were full of eyes in front and behind [seeing everything and knowing everything that is around them]. The first living creature was like a lion, the second creature like a calf (ox), the third creature had the face of a man, and the fourth creature was like a flying eagle. And the four living creatures, each one of them having six wings, are full of eyes all over and within [underneath their wings]; and day and night they never stop saying,

“Holy, holy, holy [is the] Lord God, the Almighty [the Omnipotent, the Ruler of all], who was and who is and who is to come [the unchanging, eternal God].”

Whenever the living creatures give glory and honor and thanksgiving to Him who sits on the throne, to Him who lives forever and ever, the twenty-four elders fall down before Him who sits on the throne, and they worship Him who lives forever and ever; and they throw down their crowns before the throne, saying,

“Worthy are You, our Lord and God, to receive the glory and the honor and the power; for You created all things, and because of Your will they exist, and were created and brought into being.”

Worthy is the Lamb of God who came to redeem us all from Satan's kingdom by paying the prise for our redemption so that we can be free to worship Him, who is worthy of it all. There is no other God that can save us like our Father, all because of His love for us all.

Let's look upon Him that sits on the throne and say to Him that with everything that is going on in our lives He alone is worthy of it all and as we look up to Him, He will make all things that are impossible become possible for us as His children.

Our God is able to simply because he is the Omnipotent, the Omniscient and the Omnipresent God.

Remain blessed.
