BE A HOPE GIVER! YOU HAVE TO HAVE HOPE TO GIVE HOPE!

THERE ARE 3 ESSENTIALS TO HEALTHY GROWTH!
1 Corinthians 13:13 And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity.
Hebrews 6:19 Which hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and stedfast, and which entereth into that within the veil;
FRANKLIN D. ROOSEVELT SAID: WE HAVE ALWAYS HELD TO THE HOPE, THE BELIEF, THE CONVICTION THAT THERE IS A BETTER LIFE, A BETTER WORLD JUST BEYOND THE HORIZON.
DO YOU KNOW WHAT GOD WANTS? GOD DOES NOT WANT YOU TO DIE FOR HIM… GOD DESIRES YOU TO LIVE DAILY FOR HIM. GOD WANTS YOU! THE CROSS CAN GIVE US GREAT HOPE… THE EMPTY GRAVE IS WHERE OUR HOPE HAS GAINED BIRTH.
2 Peter 3:9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
ARE WE THINKING RIGHT IN OUR DAILY LIFESTYLES? YOU EVER THINK ABOUT WHAT YOU THINK ABOUT? CONTAGION: LIFE IS A MIRROR: LIFE CAN BE A PERSONAL DISEASE… PESTILENCE.
The human mind is an amazing thing. God gives us the gift of the brain. We develop the ability to think, talk and walk. Your facial expressions, your attitudes, your actions and your thought patterns BECOME A REAL REFLECTION OF WHO YOU REALLY ARE. AS A MAN THINKS SO IS HE… AURA!
Proverbs 23:7 For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart is not with thee.
Our words, deeds and attitudes do not always align with what we say. Your habits and mind SHAPE WHO YOU REALLY ARE. Your thinking patterns shape who you really are. Jesus clearly teaches us we will be known by our fruit bearing…
Luke 6:44. For every tree is known by his own fruit. For of thorns men do not gather figs, nor of a bramble bush gather they grapes.
THERE IS A MOVIE CALLED CONTAGION... ARE WE SPREADING HARMFUL EMOTIONAL IDEAS?
Romans 15:13 Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.
It is a realistic story. There is a lady that has been to Hong Kong and she travels back to Minnesota… She is sick. The next thing you know she is dead. Then many others start dying. There is an explosion of deaths from this one lady… THE LETHAL pandemic becomes worldwide…
CONTAGION MEANS: contagious, communication of disease from one, to spread by close contact, TO SPREAD HARMFUL IDEAS OR PRACTICES… What attitudes are you passing to others?
WHAT KIND OF SIGNALS DO YOU SEND? YOUR FACIAL EXPRESSIONS? YOUR STATE OF MIND? YOUR AURA? YOUR PROJECTION? YOUR ATTITUDES, THE WORDS YOU SPEAK AND YOUR EMOTIONS AFFECT THE WAY OTHERS SEE YOU. YOUR EMOTIONS ALSO HAVE AN AFFECT ON HOW YOU SEE YOURSELF.
Psalm 26:2 Examine me, O LORD, and prove me; try my reins and my heart.
Life is about how you ACT and HOW YOU REACT to situations. Your family? Your church? Your work? ALL THESE THINGS CAN BE DAMAGED BY YOUR CONTROL OR LACK OF CONTROL OF YOUR EMOTIONS. Your face has 40 different muscles that PROJECT YOUR BODY LANGUAGE. The volume and intonation reveal your emotions.
ARE YOUR EMOTIONS DEPICTING HOPELESSNESS? ARE YOU PROJECTING AND AURA OF FEAR, PANIC, DEPRESSION? Will we honestly EXAMINE OUR EMOTIONS AND BY FAITH CORRECT OUR HEARTS TO SPEAK HOPE!
OUR HOPE IS KIND OF LIKE A KID WAITING ON CHRISTMAS DAY. GOD GIVE ME PATIENCE RIGHT NOW! WE SEARCH FOR FAST CURES AND REMEDIES.
Study the HOPE OF THE FATHERS OF OUR FAITH: ABRAHAM, ISAAC, JOB, AND DAVID… THEY HAD HUGE PROBLEMS BUT THEY LEARNED IN HOPE TO WAIT. WE MUST WAIT ON THE LORD… God’s work is not instant coffee, instant mashed potatoes or instant oats. We must know HOPE COMES TO THOSE THAT WAIT UPON THE LORD.
Psalm 27:14 Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD.
My friends, we must endure hardships and stay cool. We must keep on keeping on. We must stay with GOD! This is a battle set your mind. Take heart. Don't quit. HOPE COMES WHEN WE STAY WITH GOD. For God is patient and gracious. GOD GIVES HOPE. God is compassionate and gives to us HIS TENDER MERCIES.
Isaiah 40:31 But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
HOPE COMES AS WE LEARN THE BEAUTY OF WAITING ON THE LORD…
IF WE ARE NOT CAREFUL WE WILL BASE OUR FAITH AND TRUST IN TIME! WE DO NOT ALWAYS UNDERSTAND NOR VISUALLY SEE WHAT GOD IS DOING! … HOPE IS NOTHING WITHOUT PATIENCE. HOLD ON… TRUST IN THE LORD WITH ALL YOUR HEART! IN THAT BOX OF TRUST YOU WILL FIND: HOPE, JOY, PEACE AND PATIENCE.
Romans 8:25 But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it.
Time as we know it, means absolutely nothing to God.
2 Peter 3:8 But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
YOU ARE A PENCIL IN THE HAND OF GOD… YOU ARE WRITING A BOOK… DOES YOUR PENCIL HAVE A POINT? DOES YOUR PENCIL HAVE AN ERASER? TO SUCCESSFULLY WRITE OUR BOOK WE MUST FIND HOPE…
Romans 12:12 Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer;
In any good book there are chapters. Sometimes we have to close a chapter to write a new chapter. Our book should include some serious issues like: HOW TO GIVE HOPE! HOW TO BE A PEACE MAKER NOT JUST A PEACE KEEPER! Are you writing HOW TO SPREAD JOY AND HOPE TO OTHERS? Will you teach the lesson of HOW TO GROW AND STRETCH FAITH TO NEW LEVELS BY SPREADING HOPE?
GOD’S HOPE WORKS HIS BEST PLAN WHILE IN TERRIBLE STORMS, DARK SEASONS AND DARK TIMES…
Hebrews 10:23 Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)
Proverbs 3:13 Happy is the man that findeth wisdom, and the man that getteth understanding.
THE RESURRECTION POWER IS OUR LIGHTHOUSE…
Romans 5:2 By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.
We believe our words of peace, love, joy and hope are meant to be shared. Keep speaking the language of HOPE and LOVE. Death is all around. The crushing of attitudes of death are all around us. We believe there is resurrection, new life is available by faith to encourage and edify. We can give hope to the hopeless.
WE HAVE A DESPERATE NEED IN THE CHURCH AND IN OUR FAMILIES…
WE ARE SEARCHING FOR HOPE GIVERS. We need hope givers in this world. You could motivate and inspire people that are in HEAVY STRUGGLES and TERRIBLE BATTLES of life threatening issues. We need ministries to SPREAD HOPE, JOY, PEACE and LOVE!
WE NEVER KNOW WHAT VALLEY ANOTHER PERSON IS GOING THROUGH. YOUR GESTURES OF KIND WORDS AND KIND DEEDS CAN DO GREAT THINGS TO ENCOURAGE THOSE THAT ARE WALKING THROUGH DARK VALLEYS OF GLOOM, DESPAIR AND AGONY ON END. GIVE HOPE!
Romans 4:18 Who against hope believed in hope, that he might become the father of many nations, according to that which was spoken, So shall thy seed be.
HOPE AGAINST HOPE? We must HOPE without a basis for expecting that we can be an agent for God’s revival. Are we hoping against hope? Is our hope set on the promises of God? We have a hope that is SET FAR ABOVE THE HUMAN MINDSET OF POSSIBILITIES. What is taking the HOPE out of our families and churches? Let us pray the Holy Spirit open our creative minds to BE FULL TIME HOPE GIVERS.
HOPE? EXTERNAL VS. INTERNAL. NEVER MAKE YOUR HOPE YOUR TRUST… MAKE GOD YOUR TRUST. Our JOY, PEACE AND HOPE ARE NOT IN THINGS AND PLACES. Love, joy, peace and hope exist in our hearts and minds. HOPE SHOULD BECOME A WAY OF LIFE.
SCARS MEAN WE HAVE SURVIVED… WE CAN TEACH AND SHARE OUR TRIALS AND TRIBULATIONS WITH HURTING PEOPLE. WE OVER COME BY POWER OF TESTIMONY….
Revelation 12:11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.
To be a hope giver we must learn to share our hearts and our journeys. Our stories of defeat, hurt and bitterness and our overcoming them make great testimonies
THE HOPE AND JOY THAT GOD GIVES IS OUR STRENGTH… WHY DID I HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS? HOPE KNOWS WE CAN TRUST GOD’S PLAN.
HOPE GIVERS LEARN LIFE IS A LESSON… WE NEED TO LEARN… PATIENCE… WE NEED TO LEARN WHEN I LOSE CONTROL SIMPLY TRUST THE GOD THAT IS IN CONTROL.
Luke 21:19 In your patience possess ye your souls.
Hope will keep our boats afloat during the storms. By hope we will press forward and staying with it. Hope knows there is no place to quit. Finish the course. Stay with it to the end. Finish the course. Finish the RACE WITH GREAT HOPE.
CONCLUSION: HOPE IS AN ESSENTIAL ELEMENT TO FINISH THE RACE SET BEFORE US.
Hope knows: Any one that angers you, controls you! THE HOPE LESSON OF ANGER IS FORGIVENESS. The ANNOYANCES of life are to teach us SELF-CONTROL and SELF DISCIPLINE.
MANY ARE ALLOWING THE NEGATIVE EMOTIONS OF HOPELESSNESS TO LIVE RENT FREE IN THEIR BRAINS. THE LESSONS OF HATRED ARE TRYING TO KILL GOD’S LOVE.
YOUR HOPE TODAY CAN GUIDE YOU AND OTHERS BEYOND THE HURT, BITTERNESS AND SCARS OF YESTERDAY. WHEN OTHERS TELL YOU THAT YOU CAN’T DO IT! --- HAVE HOPE! SHOW THEM SURE, I CAN… HOPE KNOWS NO BARRIERS. Those that say it can’t be done are being passed by those that are doing it.
Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.
Come with me, let us trust God for new possibilities. Let us wake up each morning EXPECTING GOD’S MOVE WITH GREAT CONFIDENCE. God we come to your throne boldly with great anticipation that we can be agents of revival.
