Quote: Cooperation is best gotten when people know how much you love them and seek their best interests. People do not care how much you know until they know how much you care.

3. Remember how freely Christ accepts you and freely accept others in the same spirit. Paul writes, "Accept one another, then, just as Christ accepted you, in order to bring praise to God." (Rom. 15:7)
4. Affirm people’s positive character qualities. Paul writes, "I myself am convinced, my brothers, that you yourselves are full of goodness, complete in knowledge and competent to instruct one another." (Rom. 15 :14)
