Jesus in this verse was talking about times to come, if we read the previous chapter we will find out that the diciples were very curious on knowing the end times sings, they ask Jesus about His second comming and what will be the world situation prevously to His comming! Jesus answer them with a whole lot of details, He dicribe to the diciples how the violence will increase on the planet, how many families will be emotionaly destroyed, that besides the increasment of wars, also the war will be in the midle of the family bossom. jesus talks also that the earthquakes will increased, a lot of natural disasters, he also mention people leaving the gospel to go after false doctrines!
