1.CONCERNING OUR SPEECH. (give ear to my words)
a. prayers...unto thee will i pray...call on him-gen. 4:26...seth and enos...cry unto him-rom. 8:26...come unto him-heb. 4_let us therefore come...
b. praises..."my king and my God...heb. 13:15...vs.11-trust, rejoice, shout, defends us...
c. provisions...vs12, blessings of our needs-phillip.ch.4,...physically and spiritually...
d. problems...my king equals our dominion and my God equals our deliverance...1peter 5:7...
2. CONCERNING OUR SACRIFICES...heb. 13:15
a. of thankfulness...eph. 5:20...
b. of our time...vs.3-"in the mourning.."...begin with God!...time in our heart vs.1..my meditation...in the home..prayer at meals, bible reading, and teaching our children as in psalms 78....in our heads-phillip. 4:8...2corin. 2:16...
c. of our talents...vs.7 "will i worship...our functional part in the local assembly!
d. of our treasures...vs.12..a cheerful giver...we will reap as we have sowed...
3. CONCERNING OUR SIBLINGS..VS.4-6
a. our earthly family...their trials , their togetherness, their obligations...
b. our eternal family...eph.4:12..pastors, teachers, servants in the church...helps...
c. the estranged family...(those separated from God)..gal.6:1-10.
