Today, we begin a Series on Getting Back to the Basic. From time to time we need to just go back to our Roots. See what has brought us thus far and see where we have come from to now. This will be a Seven (7) Part Series on this Subject and we begin today with the Word of God. Let us examine what the Bible says about God’s Word. The Bible Calls Gods Word the Following:

5. A Defensive Weapon Ephesians 6:17

Application: What do you think of the Bible? Now, I know what you are thinking but really, what do you think of the Bible? Is it just another book in your home? Do you Read and Study it like you are commanded to do? The Bible is not the Written Word of God. My friend, it is the Word of the Living God.
