487. Recollect or and Teacher of Historical Truth – I praise you that you practiced such superb recall of the facts of the past. “Some of the Pharisees came to Him to test Him. They asked, ‘Is it lawful for a man to divorce his wife for any and every reason?” Jesus said, ‘Have you not read that at the beginning the Creator made them male and female. For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife and the two will become one flesh? So they are no longer two, but one. Therefore, what God has joined together, let not man separate.” (Matt. 19:3-6)

488. Reconciler – I praise you Lord for helping me restore my friendship with the heavenly Father after my sinful estrangement. Paul wrote, “All this is from God, who reconciled us to Himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation.” (2 Cor. 5:18)

489. Redeemer – I praise you Lord for purchasing my freedom my sin, death and judgment. Thank you for the promise, “Who redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love and compassion who satisfies your desires with good things so that your youth is renewed like the eagles.’’(Psa. 103:4,5) I honor you for canceling my debt.

490. Redeemer – I praise you Lord for being my redeemer, the one who purchased my freedom and exonerates me from all sin. “Into your hands I commit my spirit; redeem me, O Lord, the God of truth.” (Psa. 31:5)

491. Redeemer of Old – I praise you Lord for buying back your people even from all of history. “But you are our Father, though Abraham does not know us or Israel acknowledge us; you, O Lord, are our Father, our Redeemer from of old is your name.” (Isa. 63:16)

492. Redemption – I praise you Lord for being our means of purchasing our freedom from sin, death and judgment. “It is because of Him that you are in Christ Jesus, who has become for us wisdom from God – that is our righteousness, holiness and redemption.” (I Cor. 1:30)

493. Refiner – I praise you Lord for from freeing me from impurities and unclean thoughts that are self-destructive. Thank you for the promise, “For He will be like a refiner’s fire or a launderer’s soap. He will sit as a refiner and purifier of silver.” (Mal. 3:3,4)

494. Refiner’s Fire - I praise you Lord for knowing how to burn away the impurities in my life. “But who can endure the day of His coming? Who can stand when He appears? For He will be like a refiner’s fire or a launderer’s soap.” (Mal. 3:2)

495. Refresher – I praise you Lord for knowing how to give me a fresh attitude of vigor and strength and vitality. Paul wrote to Philemon, “I do wish, brother, that I may have some benefit from you in the Lord; refresh my heart in Christ.” (Philemon 20)

496. Refuge – I praise you Lord for being my shelter in times of danger. “The eternal God is your refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms. He will drive out your enemy before you, saying, ‘Destroy him.” “The Lord is good, a refuge in times of trouble. He cares for those who trust in Him.” (Nah. 1:7)

497. Regenerator – I praise you Lord for knowing how to give spiritual life to those who are dead in their sins. “He saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of His mercy. He saved us through the washing of rebirth and the renewal by the Holy Spirit. “ (Titus 3:5)

498. Rejoicer – Father, I praise you Lord that I can rejoice in you all day long despite my circumstances or feelings. Thank you for the promise, “They rejoice in your name all day long; they exult in your righteousness.” (Psa. 89:16)

499. Relational – I praise you Lord for being so mindful of all aspects of every relationship. Jesus said, “Love one another as I have loved you.” (John 13:34,35)

500. Renewer – I praise you Lord for promising to renew, revitalize and recharge my frazzled emotions. David wrote, “He restores my soul.” (Psa. 23:3) “They that wait upon the Lord will renew their strength.” (Isa. 40:31)

501. Replacer – I praise you Lord that you know how to replace the old sinful destructive tendencies with new Godly traits. Thank you for directing me to “Put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires; be made new in the attitude of your minds and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.” (Eph. 4:22,23)

502. Reproducer – I praise you Lord for allowing me to play a part in bringing others into your eternal family. Paul wrote to Timothy, “To Timothy, my true son in the faith: ‘Grace, mercy and peace from God the Father and Christ Jesus our Lord.” (I Tim. 1:2)

503. Rescuer – I praise you God for assuring me that you can rescue me from any danger, distress or difficulty. Paul wrote, “What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body of death? Thanks be to God – through Jesus Christ our Lord.” (Rom. 7:24,25) Thank you for the promise, “The righteous man is rescued from trouble, and it comes on the wicked instead.” (Prov. 11:8)

504. Restorer – I praise you Lord for your ability to restore strength to the weary. “They who wait upon the Lord will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings as eagles. They will run and not be weary, they will walk and not faint.” (Isa. 40:31)

505. Restrains Us From Evil – I praise you Lord that you know how to rescue and restrain me from yielding to temptations. “No temptation has seized you except what is common to man. And God is faithful; He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, He will also provide a way out so that you can stand up under it.” (I Cor. 10:13)

506. Revealer – I praise you Lord for showing me how to understand your truth, will and love. Thank you for disclosing everything I need through Christ. I honor you for the promise: “We speak a message of wisdom among the mature, but not the wisdom of this age or of the rulers of this age, who are coming to nothing. No, we

507. Revealer of Mysteries – I praise you Lord for uncovering the hidden secrets of life. “The king said to Daniel, ‘Surely your God is the God of gods and the Lord of kings and a revealer of mysteries, for you were able to reveal this mystery.” (Dan. 2:47)

508. Revealer of Your Good Nature – I praise you Lord that you allow us to know your true character so we may become more intimate with you. Moses wrote, “And the Lord said, “I will cause all my goodness to pass in front of you, and I will proclaim my name, the Lord, your presence. I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion.” (Ex 33:19) You saved us for your name’s sake, to make your mighty power known.” (Psa. 106:8)

509. Reverent One – Lord, I praise you for being worthy of our reverence, worship and affection. Thank you for your promise, “But for you who revere my name, the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its wings. And you will go out and leap like calves released from the stall.” (Mal. 4:2) Praise you for the fact, “The nations will fear the name of the Lord, and all the kings of the earth will revere your glory.” (Psa. 102:15)

510. Reward – I praise you Lord for being my recompense for service and love. “After this, the word of the Lord came to Abram in a vision: “Do not be afraid, Abram. I am your shield, your very great reward.” (Gen. 15:1) Thank you Father that I do not need anything other reward but you.

511. Rhetorical Master – I praise you Lord for being a master at persuasive speech. “That same day the Sadducees, who say there is not resurrection, came to Him with a question… Jesus replied, ‘You are in error because you do not know the Scriptures or the power of God. But about the resurrection of the dead – have you not read what God said to you, ‘I am the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob? He is not the God of the dead but of the living.” (Mt. 22:23,29,31)

512. Rich - I praise you Lord for being the owner of all things. “In order that in the coming ages He might show the incomparable riches of His grace, expressed in His kindness to us in Christ. Jesus.” (Eph. 2:7)

513. Righteous – Father, I love and honor you for your righteousness, which is above that of all human standards. Praise you for the fact that the heavens proclaim his righteousness, for God himself is judge.” (Psa. 50:8)

514. Righteous Father – I praise you Lord, for being a completely righteous Father who I can always count on. “Righteous Father, though the world does not know you, I know you, and they know that you have sent me.” (John 17:25)

515. Righteous Judge – I praise you Lord for being a completely righteous judge of everyone so I do not have to feel the need to judge others. “God is a righteous judge, a God who expresses his wrath every day.” (Psa. 7:11)

516. Righteous One - I praise you Lord for being all righteous and perfect. “You disowned the Holy and Righteous One and asked that a murderer be released to you.” (Acts 3:14)

517. Righteous Servant – I praise you Lord for knowing how to serve in a completely honest and holy way. “After the suffering of His soul, He will see the light of life and be satisfied: by His knowledge of my righteous servant will justify many and He will bear their iniquities.” (Isa. 53:11)

518. Righteousness – I praise you Lord for helping me find my right standing before you through Christ. Thank you for the promise, “It is because of Him that you are in Christ Jesus, who has become for us wisdom from God – that is, our righteousness, holiness and redemption. Therefore, as it is written: ‘Let him who boasts, boast in the Lord.” (I Cor. 1:30,31)

519. Risen Son – I praise you Lord for conquering death by resurrecting from the dead and promising eternal life for me. “The angel said to the woman, ‘Do not be afraid, for I know that you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. He is not here; He has risen, just as He said.” (Matt. 28:5,6)

520. Roaring One – I praise you Lord for sounding out your wondrous power and wrath at just the right times. “He said, ‘The Lord roars from Zion and thunders from Jerusalem; the pastures of the shepherds dry up and the top of Carmel withers.” (Amos 1:2)

521. Rock – Praise and worship you Lord for being my rock of certainty amidst the shifting sands of time, conditions and people. Thank you for what Moses wrote, “He is the Rock, his works are perfect, and all his ways are just. A faithful God who does not wrong, upright and just is He.” (Deut 32:4)

522. Rock and Refuge – I adore you Father because you are my mighty rock, my refuge in times of trouble. (Psa 62:7) Thank you oh God for being the one who I can always look to for strength, stability and certainty amidst the vicissitudes and vices of life.

523. Rock Eternal – I praise you Lord for being my solid eternal Rock. “Trust in the Lord forever, for the Lord, the Lord, is the Rock eternal.” (Isa 26:4) Praise you God for giving me everlasting hope, strength and refuge.

524. Rock Makes Men That Fall – I praise you Lord for being the rock that knows how to deal with every proud person. “He will be a sanctuary; but for both houses of Israel he will be a stone that causes men to stumble and a rock that makes them fall. And for the people of Jerusalem He will be a trap and a snare.” (Isa. 8:14)

525. Rock of Israel – I praise you Lord for being the certainty of all of Israel. “And you will sing as on the night you celebrate a holy festival; your hearts will rejoice as when people go up with flutes to the mountain of the Lord, to the Rock of Israel.”

526. Rock of Our Salvation – I praise you Lord for giving us the assurance of our salvation (deliverance) in Christ. “Come let us sing for joy to the Lord; let us shout aloud to the Rock of our salvation.” (Psa. 95:1)

527. Role Model – I praise you Lord for being my perfect example in all things. Jesus said, “Can a blind man lead a blind man? Will they not both fall into a pit? A student is not above his teacher, but everyone who is fully trained will be like his teacher."”(Luke 6:39,40)

528. Ruler – Lord, I praise you for being my ruler and controller. Thank you “O Lord, our God, other lords besides you have ruled over us, but your name alone do we honor. We take seriously the warning, “If you do not listen and if you do not set your heart to honor my name, says the Lord Almighty, I will send a curse upon you, and I will curse your blessings. Yes, I have already cursed them, because you have not set your heart to honor me.” (Mal. 2:2)

529. Ruler of God’s Creation – I praise you Lord for being the boss of all of people, events and nations. “To the angel of the church in Laodicea write, these are the words of the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the ruler of God’s creation.” (Rev. 3:14)

530. Ruler of the Kings of the Earth – I praise you Lord for being the ruler of all bosses. “And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead, and the ruler of the kings of the earth. To Him who loves us and has freed us from our sins by His blood.” (Rev. 1:5)

531. Ruler Over Israel – I praise you Lord for being the boss of Israel even many do not acknowledge this fact. “But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah, though you are small among the clans of Judah, out of you will come for me one who will be ruler over Israel, whose origins are from of old, from ancient times.” (Mic. 5:2)

532. Sacrificer – I give praise to you Lord Jesus for sacrificing yourself on the cross to pay the penalty for my sin. I worship you for the promise, “Such a high priest (Christ) meets our need – one who is holy, blameless, pure, set apart from sinners, exalted above the heavens. He sacrificed for their sins once for all when he offered himself.” (Heb. 7:26,27)

533. Salvation – I praise you Lord for being my deliverer. “The Lord is my light and my salvation, whom then shall I fear.” (Psa. 127:1)

534. Sanctifier – Lord, I praise you for sanctifying me through your word because your word is truth. (John 17:7) Honor you for setting me apart from the sins of my past, present and future so I may serve you in holiness and purity of motives and through your Spirit’s empowering.

535. Satisfaction – God, how I glorify your name for how you satisfy my desires with good things when nothing else seems to provide fulfillment. I honor you for your promise that says, “Who satisfies your desires with good things so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.” (Psa. 103:5)

536. Satisfier – I praise you Lord that you promise to satisfy the longing soul and fill the hungry soul with what is good. (Psa. 103:5) Thank you God for providing lasting fulfillment.

537. Savior – I praise you God for saving and delivering me from sin, death, judgment and hell. Thank you for the promise which says, “If we confess with our mouth, Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved… for everyone who calls on the name of the Lord, will be saved.” (Rom. 10:9,13)

538. Sealer – I praise you Lord for preventing the departure of the Holy Spirit from my soul. “Set His seal of ownership on us, and put His Spirit in our hearts as a deposit, guaranteeing what is to come.” (2 Cor. 1:22)

539. Searcher – I honor you Lord for searching out the truth, facts and complete story in every person’s heart. Paul wrote, “The Spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God. For who among men knows the thoughts of a man except the man’s spirit within him? In the same way no one knows the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God.” (I Cor. 2:10,11) Thank you God that I do not have to understand the thoughts of another person or their motives since this is your job.

540. Sees All Things – I praise you Lord for seeing everything as nothing escapes your notice. Moses wrote, “She gave this name to the Lord who spoke to her: ‘You are the God who sees me, I have now seen the One who sees me.” (Gen 16:13) Thank you Lord for helping me be more aware of your oversight in all things.
