Summary: Choose if you believe. Live with the consequences of your choice.

Joshua 24:15 And if it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.

I Kings 18:21 And Elijah came unto all the people, and said, How long halt ye between two opinions? if the LORD be God, follow him: but if Baal, then follow him. And the people answered him not a word.

This is a Bible. It is the oak of God planted in the forest of eternity, entwining its roots around the Rock of Ages. It has stood the test of time. Men greater than you and I have pillowed their head on it in their dying hour. They can take your home, your car, your job, your family. But don’t let them take your Bible. Make hell pry it from your hands after the icy fingers of death have coldly embraced your body.

This book has stood because it is accurate in its predictions. Every prediction has come to pass just as it has been written.

Armies have marched against it. Every tongue that has been raised in opposition has fallen in condemnation. It will live to preach the funeral of every skeptic that mocks it. This is a LIVING BOOK!!!!

Like Elijah and Joshua, I call you to make the simplest of decisions. Is it true?

If it’s true:

God stood on nothing because there was nothing to stand on, in the beginning before Timex started ticking, God spoke words no one could hear because there was none present to hear Him, and the world spun into existence at the creative word of His power.

If it’s not true:

Everything is here from an accident. A crash created something beautiful. A wreck caused order and life to come from nothingness colliding with nonsense.

If it’s true:

God created man in His image. We are dust breathing in God’s breath.

If it’s not true:

Man is a well-shaven monkey who is his own sovereign. Eat, drink and be merry for tomorrow we die.

If it’s true:

There is a judge. There is a law-giver to whom we are accountable. There is a day of reckoning when the accounts will all be settled and you will receive reward for all the deeds done in the body.

If it’s not true:

Every moral law in this nation should be abolished. There is no right or wrong, no right or left, but do what is pleasing in your own eyes.

If it’s true:

God has been revealed. He has shown us He is a God of justice, a God of mercy, truth, and triumph.

If it’s not true:

You can’t know if there is a God, who He is, or if you are Him. You can’t know what He is like, if truth is good or evil, if mercy is a virtue or a sin. You can’t know what God expects, wants or judges by. All is still an unrevealed mystery cloaked in the blackness of confusion.

If it’s true:

There is a God. There is a heaven. There is a hell. There are angels. There are demons. Jesus Christ was born of a Virgin. He lived a sinless life. He did all mannner of good -- feeding the hungry, healing the afflicted, delivering the bound, preaching to the poor, and raising the dead. He died on a cross for my sins and your sins. He rose from the dead and ascended to the right hand of the Father. And soon He will come again to judge the living and the dead.

If it’s not true:

The armies that have marched against it have been defeated by circumstances. Martyrs have lost their heads in vain. The 500 witnesses that saw the resurrected Son of God were all men suffering from the depths of delusion.

If it’s true:

God will heal your body. There is forgiveness of sins. Soon and very soon --In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

We’re going to a place called heaven.

Where there are streets of pure gold.

We’re going to live forever.

The devil will be bound for a thousand years.

Jesus will be crowned King of Kings and Lord of Lords.

A new government is on its way to power -- the kingdoms of this world will become the kingdoms of our God and His Christ.

We’re going to cast our crowns down at His feet.

We shall be like Him for we shall see Him as He is.

If it’s true:

There is help for today and hope for tomorrow.

There is still a cross that bleeds and a King that redeems.

There is help for today and hope for tomorrow.

There is a reason to get up in the morning.

There is a song in a heart and we’ve got joy unspeakable and full of glory.

If it’s true:

God will answer your prayers.

Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.

If it’s true:

The anointing will destroy the yoke from off your life.

And it shall come to pass in that day, that his burden shall be taken away from off thy shoulder, and his yoke from off thy neck, and the yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing.

If it’s true:

Jesus will take away your grief, your sin, and your sickness

Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

If it’s true:

God will provide for your needs.

But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

If it’s true:

Faith in God will move mountains:

And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.

If it’s true:

God will send revival to our nation.

If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

If it’s true:

There is power in the blood of Jesus

Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.

If it’s true:

There is none outside the reach of God’s grace:

To him give all the prophets witness, that through his name whosoever believeth in him shall receive remission of sins.
