A Transnational Trend, Preparing for the Last Day. A look at Revelations 19:11-21. Is the day of the Lord a Myth or real, if you say, it’s real, why haven’t you heeded to the prophecies and prepare for the final conflict? Many are ignoring the obvious signs and not preparing their families for the choices that they must make. Many of the lost have been lulled into a sense of safety by government and political rhetoric. They are saying, “Security is our number one concern” But whom can they protect, who can save a soul who is the only one who can destroy body and soul, God. What are these signs, lets read a little article I found; Islam is Europe’s fastest-growing religion, and many experts say that while there are no reliable statistics, they believe that the number of converts has grown since Sept. 11, 2001, A report by France’s domestic intelligence agency, published by Le Figaro, estimated last year that there were 30,000 to 50,000 (per year) converts in France. Another door to Islam is the Tablighi Jamaat, a missionary group that started in India 75 years ago to promote Islam in the face of Hindu domination. It is the world’s largest network of Islamic proselytizers. False doctrines, {Christian Science, No final judgment awaits mortals, for the judgment day of wisdom comes hourly and continually (SH, 291:28-29).}, {Spiritualism, Jesus Christ was not divine}, {Jehovah’s Witnesses, The doctrine of a burning hell where the wicked are tortured eternally after death cannot be true (is a lie) (LG, p. 99).}, {Mormonism, There are three Gods. separate in personality, united in purpose, in plan, and in all attributes of perfection (McConkie, Mormon Doctrine, p. 270).}, {Eastern Mysticism, "I don’t think Christ ever suffered or Christ could suffer" (Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, p. 123).}, The Way International, Unity, and the Unification Church. Buddhism, Hinduism, Judaism, and Primitive Religion, will be consumed by the Islamic religion. Islam, Allah means "the God" indicating the radical monotheism of Islam. "We shall not serve anyone but God, and we shall associate none with Him" (Koran 3.64). Any division of God is rejected, including the Christian doctrines of the Trinity and the divinity of Christ. Now lets read a little scripture and put more light on this; Rev 19:11-21 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.
His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself.
And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.
And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.
And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.
And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.
And I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven, Come and gather yourselves together unto the supper of the great God;
That ye may eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of captains, and the flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of horses, and of them that sit on them, and the flesh of all men, both free and bond, both small and great.
And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against him that sat on the horse, and against his army.
And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone. And the remnant were slain with the sword of him that sat upon the horse, which sword proceeded out of his mouth: and all the fowls were filled with their flesh.
Now the first question that I always receive is, “How do you come to the conclusion that, The Islamic Religion is the people spoken of in prophecy?” Isa 14:25, That I will break the Assyrian {Speaking of the antichrist, which will come from the old Assyrian empire (Muslim) nations.} in my land (Israel), and upon my mountains tread him under foot: then shall his yoke depart from off them, and his burden depart from off their shoulders.
Isa 14:26, This is the purpose that is purposed upon the whole earth: and this is the hand that is stretched out upon all the nations.
Dan 11:40-41, And at the time of the end shall the king of the south push at him: and the king of the north shall come against him like a whirlwind, with chariots, and with horsemen, and with many ships; and he shall enter into the countries, and shall overflow and pass over.
He shall enter also into the glorious land (Israel), and many countries shall be overthrown: but these shall escape out of his hand, even Edom, and Moab, and the chief of the children of Ammon.
The end of the Lord’s anger against his people approaches, as well as the end of his patience towards his enemies. If we would escape the ruin of the infidel, the idolater, the superstitious and cruel persecutor, as well as that of the profane, let us make the oracles of God our standard of truth and of duty, the foundation of our hope, and the light of our paths through this dark world, to the glorious inheritance above.
“Compass” 1. To stretch round; to extend so as to embrace the whole; hence, to inclose, encircle, grasp or seize; as, to compass with the arms. 2. To surround; to environ; to inclose on all sides; sometimes followed by around, round or about.
Rev 20:8-9, And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea. {Islam is a major world religion, with over 1 billion (1,000,000,000) followers worldwide (1/5 of the world population). It is considered one of the Abrahamic, monotheistic faiths. Although usually associated with the Arabs of the Middle East, less than 10% of Muslims are in fact Arab. Muslims are found all over the world, of every nation, color and race. Muslim majorities are found throughout the Middle East, North Africa, East Asia and the Pacific Islands. Large numbers are also found in Western Europe, the former Soviet Union, and North America.}
And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city {Jerusalem, What countries now surround Israel (Muslim)}: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them. (Dan-11: 21-45; Dan-12: 1; Zec-13: 9; Zec-14: 2-3). Gog represents antichrist the beast; Magog the ten kingdoms leagued under him (Revelation 16-17). Haughty, blasphemous self-confidence is his characteristic (2 Thessalonians 2).
Sheba, Dedan, Tarshish, mercantile peoples, though not openly joining his invasion of Israel, yet from selfish love of gain, sympathize with it secretly (Eze-38: 13; Eze-39: 6, "the isles"); they shall therefore share antichrist’s doom, the robber shall be robbed in righteous retribution, the spoiler spoiled, and the slayer slain. Where antichrist thought to find an inheritance he shall only find a grave, and that near his prototypes, the fire blasted cities of the Dead Sea. No weapon formed against God’s people shall prosper (Isa-54: 17); not a fragment shall be left to defile the Holy Land. The prophecies of scripture are being fulfilled and we need to awake to the changes that are around us. Many still need to be warned, prayers need to be offered up, fasting and self denial (denial of the wants of the flesh) needs to be preformed and scripture needs to be read. Do we really believe that the church and the Christians can go on the way they are not or do you believe that a revival of the spirit needs to be forthcoming? I fight as not one that beateth the air. Fight for our lost, let the world know whom you serve, let the world know that there is an end to all things under the sun. To convince all I have no misconception, all will never be convinced, many will refute the forthcoming destruction of this earth no matter whom they speak to, no matter what is said, no matter what proof is given. But that’s fulfilling prophecy also, so I don’t feel as bad. What is preaching, preaching is to make the scripture known to all, or at least to as many as will listen to the truth. It is bringing the truth out to all so that a decision can be made weather to believe or not. We have come into a period in our lifetime of the church age of Revelations 3:14-22, the church age of the Laodiceans. The end time church, the lukewarm church and there is nothing on this earth that will change it. Many will be lost due to apathy and indifference, others by unbelief; the best we can hope to do is as Paul once wrote: 1Co 9:22 To the weak became I as weak, that I might gain the weak: I am made all things to all men, that I might by all means save some. Lets take this verse and do what God has called us all to do, reach the Lost. God Bless. Ars.
