What the Lord Needs
Luke 19:28-44
They replied, “The Lord needs it.”—Luke 19:34
So, what does the Lord need from us?
1. The Lord needs our Obedience (28-35).
The disciples went and did as Jesus had instructed them.—Matthew 21:6
• Jesus needs us to go,
• Jesus needs us to do,
• Jesus needs us to give as he instructs.
2. The Lord needs our Praise (35-40).
Hosanna in the highest!—Mark 11:10b
• For who he is,
• For where he is from,
• For what he has done.
3. The Lord needs our Hearts (41-44).
He looked around at everything.—Mark 11:11b
• We must be broken,
• We must be wise,
• We must be humble as Jesus was.
