Summary: I would like to share with you my 10 prediction for 2006

My Predictions for the 2006 year

Psa 119:105

Without a doubt if someone in the first month of 2005 could have predicted the events of last year – many lives would not have been lost – millions of dollars could have been saved.

Steps could have been taken to evacuate the thousands of people who died in the Tsunami – the earthquakes – the floods – the fires. They would have strengthened the levies around New Orleans if they had know of the hurricane coming and the intensity of it.

There would have been one problem. Even if someone had predicted all the catastrophes of 2005 – there would still be one element missing. The people would have to believe by faith and act on the prophecy before it would help.

I face the same problem with my predictions for 2006. I know they are true but the problem is convincing other that they are true. So, let me say that these predictions will only help you if you believe by faith and act upon them.

T/S I would like to share with you my 10 prediction for 2006

1. The Bible will still have the answers to all of life’s problems.

Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. Psa 119:105

2. Prayer will still be the greatest power man has with God.

. . . . Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give it you. John 16:23

3. The Holy Spirit will still convict people of sin – comfort those who greave – and empower the saved to live by faith.

Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you. 8 And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: John 16:7,8

4. God will still dwell in the midst of His people.

For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them. Mat 18:20

5. God-anointed preaching will still be the means God uses to save the lost.

1Co 1:21 For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe.

1Co 1:21 Since the world in all its fancy wisdom never had a clue when it came to knowing God, God in his wisdom took delight in using what the world considered dumb--preaching, of all things!--to bring those who trust him into the way of salvation. {The Message}

6. There will still be a song in the hearts of God’s people.

Psa 77:6 I call to remembrance my song in the night: I commune with mine own heart: and my spirit made diligent search.

Albert Schweitzer said, "The tragedy of life is what dies inside a man while he lives."

7. God will still pour out blessings upon those who trust and obey.

Gal 3:11 But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith.

8. Love will be the greatest life changing force in the universe.

Jesus will still love you.

Rom 5:8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

THE LOVE OF GOD WILL STILL BE SHED IN THE HEARTS OF BELIEVERS:

9. Jesus will still save to the uttermost those who put their faith in the sacrifice He made on the cross.

Heb 7:25 Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them.

10. There will still be room at the Cross for every sinner that chooses to come.

Eph. 2:14 For he himself is our peace, who has made the two one and has destroyed the barrier, the dividing wall of hostility, 15 by abolishing in his flesh the law with its commandments and regulations. His purpose was to create in himself one new man out of the two, thus making peace, 16 and in this one body to reconcile both of them to God through the cross, by which he put to death their hostility. 17 He came and preached peace to you who were far away and peace to those who were near. 18For through him we both have access to the Father by one Spirit.
