"For every time you eat this bread"

1 Corinthians 10:16 (Amplified Bible)

The cup of blessing [of wine at the Lord’s Supper] upon which we ask [God’s] blessing, does it not mean [that in drinking it] we participate in and share a fellowship (a communion) in the blood of Christ (the Messiah)? The bread which we break, does it not mean [that in eating it] we participate in and share a fellowship (a communion) in the body of Christ?

1 Corinthians 11:23 (Amplified Bible)

For I received from the Lord Himself that which I passed on to you [it was given to me personally], that the Lord Jesus on the night when He was treacherously delivered up and while His betrayal was in progress took bread,

His body is to give us divine health.

Isaiah 53:5 (Amplified Bible)

But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our guilt and iniquities; the chastisement [needful to obtain] peace and well-being for us was upon Him, and with the stripes [that wounded] Him we are healed and made whole.

1 Peter 2:24 (Amplified Bible)

He personally bore our sins in His [own] body on the tree [as on an altar and offered Himself on it], that we might die (cease to exist) to sin and live to righteousness. By His wounds you have been healed.

B. By drinking this cup

"and drink this cup"

His blood redeemed us from everything that will hinder us live His life here on earth.

Matthew 26:27-28 (Amplified Bible)

And He took a cup, and when He had given thanks, He gave it to them, saying, Drink of it, all of you;

For this is My blood of the new covenant, which [ratifies the agreement and] is being poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins.

Mark 14:23-24 (Amplified Bible)

He also took a cup [of the juice of grapes], and when He had given thanks, He gave [it] to them, and they all drank of it.

And He said to them, This is My blood [which ratifies] the new covenant, [the blood] which is being poured out for (on account of) many.

Luke 22:20 (Amplified Bible)

And in like manner, He took the cup after supper, saying, This cup is the new testament or covenant [ratified] in My blood, which is shed (poured out) for you.

1 John 1:7 (The Living Bible)

But if we are living in the light of God’s presence, just as Christ does, then we have wonderful fellowship and joy with each other, and the blood of Jesus his Son cleanses us from every sin.

Hebrews 13:21 (The Living Bible)

equip you with all you need for doing his will. May he who became the great Shepherd of the sheep by an everlasting agreement between God and you, signed with his blood, produce in you through the power of Christ all that is pleasing to him. To him be glory forever and ever. Amen.

C. Until CHRIST comes

"you are representing and signifying and proclaiming the fact of the Lord’s death until He comes [again]"

CHRIST's death can only mean one thing, our redemption from sin, death, sickness and diseases, and everything that hinders us to life His life here on earth.

1 Corinthians 15:3 (Amplified Bible)

For I passed on to you first of all what I also had received, that Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One) died for our sins in accordance with [what] the Scriptures [foretold],

It simply means the more often we celebrate the Holy Communion we remind and convince ourselves of the redemptions already done in the past by the LORD JESUS CHRIST and if we live with those hindrances in our bodies, it's time to shake it off in JESUS name and live an abundant, prosperous life here on earth.

John 10:10 (Amplified Bible)

The thief comes only in order to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have and enjoy life, and have it in abundance (to the full, till it overflows).
