B. The priest shall offer the fat that covers and from the insides

"the fat that covereth the inwards, and all the fat that is upon the inwards,"

Psalms 119:70 (Amplified Bible)

Make the heart of this people fat; and make their ears heavy and shut their eyes, lest they see with their eyes and hear with their ears and understand with their hearts and turn again and be healed.

Our changes start from within and it will reflect and be revealed outside by our changed lifestyle. The unbeliever's hearts are full of fat that covers inside and outside so that they cannot believe the GOD who saved them from their sins, yes, they have eyes, but they can't see, they have ears but they can't hear.
