Samson's Riddle

Summary: The answer to his own riddle, is the revelation from God to Samson, about what must he do in his life. It’s so tragic that Samson answered the wrong answer, for his own riddle.
SAMSON’S RIDDLE
Judges 14:14,18 (AMP)
And he said to them, Out of the eater came forth food, and out of the strong came forth sweetness. And they could not solve the riddle in three days.
What is sweeter than honey? What is stronger than a lion?
What is the answer to this riddle?
I believed the answer to this riddle, can effect our way of life, how we think, how we decided something, how we treat other people, how we behave, even how we set our own mind.
Why? It is simply because that is what happen to Samson!
"Out of the STRONG, came forth SWEETNESS..." this was the riddle.
What is the "strong"?
Songs 8:6, "Set me like a seal upon your heart, like a seal upon your arm; FOR LOVE IS as STRONG as death, jealousy is as hard and cruel as Sheol (the place of the dead). Its flashes are flashes of fire, a most vehement flame [the very flame of the Lord]"

What is the "sweetness"?
Psalms 119:103,"How sweet are Your words to my taste,"
WORDS [or, promises, something nice that came out from mouth] is sweet.
Now, let me make this riddle clear to you. Please allow me to change the last question from Judges 14:18. "What is stronger than a lion", into "what is love you more than a lion?"
For this question, The Bible gave us three answers about that:
1. Man can be a lion ;
Deut. 33:22; 2 Sam 23:20.
But worse than that: a whore can be a lion with honey in her mouth (Prov. 5:3-10)
This is the first answer to Samson’s riddle. And this was Samson’s answered. Almost all the day of his life, he fall in LOVE to whores, and to their SWEET WORDS.

Samson did nothing for Israel! Samson fought the Philistines, JUST BECAUSE of women! This was Samson’s biggest mistake, WRONG ANSWER!
2. Devil can be a lion;
The second answer "a lion" can point to Devil himself, 1 Peter 5:8, "for that enemy of yours, the devil, roams around like a lion roaring [in fierce hunger], seeking someone to seize upon and devour."
What is the Devil’s secret weapon? His "roar", his words, his promises. When you believe, or fall in his deception, you loose! You’ve got a WRONG ANSWER! The Devil give nothing for free!
3. God is a lion.
Rev. 5:5, "Then one of the elders [of the heavenly Sanhedrin] said to me, Stop weeping! See, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root (Source) of David, has won (has overcome and conquered)! He can open the scroll and break its seven seals!"
If God is always the answer of your life, you get the RIGHT ANSWER, for the RIGHT PERSON, in the RIGHT TIME and the RIGHT PLACE, on the RIGHT WAY.
"What is sweeter than honey?" The answer is God’s promise is SWEETER than honey (Ps. 119:103)
What a man, or a woman, and devil and the world can offer, is HONEY! Not more than that! But what God offer to us, is something SWEETER than anything can give, it is His Living Words!
What is your answer? Man’s love and all that he can promise to give to you; or, Devil’s love and all that he can promise to give to you (Luke 4), he tried once, when he offered the world to Jesus. Or, God’s love, and ALL the GRACE and GLORY and POWER that He already provided for us?
