This these scriptures God place on my heart midweek. Chapter 15: I have preach in this area before- God what is it you want me to see?

He says: I am searching for people that R lost:

But people are searching for everything else but me.

My people have lost their direction- r searching for other things.

Begin to study the 3 parables concertinaing something lost.

It seems that most of our lives we are searching for something we don’t have. Satisfaction in areas of life: Yet it is hard to find and hard to hang on to.

Question: Have you found what you are looking for?

Searching for something perhaps it is peace, joy and contentment.

We think we can find in material areas or fleshly things, and there is some in these areas. Those things are needed.

We all have hopes and dreams but do we search for them in the right way?

Hag 1:5 now therefore thus saith the LORD of hosts; Consider your ways.

6. Ye have sown much, and bring in little; ye eat, but ye have not enough; ye drink, but ye are not filled with drink; ye clothe you, but there is none warm; and he that earneth wages earneth wages to put it into a bag with holes.

7. Thus saith the LORD of hosts; consider your ways.

8. Go up to the mountain, and bring wood, and build the house; and I will take pleasure in it, and I will be glorified, saith the LORD.

9. Ye looked for much, and, lo, it came too little; and when ye brought it home, I did blow upon it. Why? Saith the LORD of hosts? Because of mine house that is waste, and ye run every man unto his own house.

The Lord laid 3 parables on my heart midweek- share

Lord what do I do with them? I know people are searching for the truth but not finding it. Because they are not changing- truth changes your life.

2 Tim 3:7

7. Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth:

Search the scripture {John 5:39}

39. "You search the Scriptures, for in them you think you have eternal life; and these are they which testify of me.

40. "But you are not willing to come to me that you may have life

In the 3 parables:

I. Lost Sheep

A. Seeking savior -4-7

4. What man of you, having an hundred sheep, if he loses one of them, doth not leave the ninety and nine in the wilderness, and go after that which is lost, until he fined it?

5. And when he hath found it, he layeth it on his shoulders, rejoicing.

6. And when his cometh home, he calleth together his friends and neighbors, saying unto them, rejoice with me; for I have found my sheep which was lost.

7. I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth, more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance

• Searches till he finds it

• Compassion and love for his sheep

• Supports – by carrying him on his shoulders

• Rejoices when he finds him/lost/find

• Heaving is shouting

B. Seeking sinner

• We to R seeking for something- seek but know what we seek for- know not what

• Really need is peace, passeth all understanding

• Know Jesus, know peace, don’t know Jesus don’t know peace

C. Seek ye first the kingdom of god and his righteousness and all these other things shall be added unto you.

Focus on kingdom things- search for things of the kingdom- other things you need shall be added unto/Natural things shall come

Parable 2 Lost coins:

8-10:

8. Either what woman having ten pieces of silver, if she lose one piece, doth not light a candle, and sweep the house, and seek diligently till she find it?

9. And when she hath found it, she calleth her friends and her neighbors together, saying, rejoice with me; for I have found the piece which I had lost.

10. Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repenteth.

2 Peter 3:9

9 ¶ The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us–ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
