  • Let God Get To The Root

    Contributed by B H Grace on Jan 29, 2019
     | 1,530 views

Quit playing with symptoms and enter God's OR.

The reason so many Christians are fighting with the weeds of sin rather than being blessed in the fruit of the Spirit is that they are cutting down the weed, but not getting to the root. Jesus died and rose again to take care of the judicial root of our sin. The Holy Spirit will get to the root ...read more

  • Good Grief Not Another Church

    Contributed by B H Grace on Jun 3, 2019
    based on 1 rating

Stop building churches where there is already a good work in place! No need for fifteen churches of like faith within twenty miles of each other. We are wasting God's gifts and manpower and giving reason for the enemies of God to blaspheme.

An email was promoting a church growth conference aka multiplication. I think it is fairly evident why we have an issue. You cannot have multiplication until we cease division that comes from addition of fleshly efforts that subtracts from the testimony of the Lord causing the wrong answer to the ...read more

  • Tolerating Tolerance

    based on 1 rating

Last week's sermon was on acceptance. So with a follow-up sermon on tolerance you might be wondering if it's going to be redundant. Though it's common to use the words interchangeably, they are different for a reason.

An encouraging sermon for the new year or church anniversary

Traditionally the New Year is a time of new beginnings. It is a time that we make new commitments to do better in the New Year than we did in the last year. It is a time that we sit down and make a list of how we are going to better in the New Year, than we did in the old. (Can I get a witness?) ...read more

  • Sermon On A Wolf In Sheep's Clothing

Contributed by William Meakin on Aug 31, 2020
     | 702 views

    The prospect of affluence

Abraham Lincoln once stated: “The shepherd drives the wolf from the sheep’s throat, for which the sheep thanks the shepherd as his liberator, while the wolf denounces him for the same act as the destroyer of liberty. Plainly the sheep and the wolf are not agreed upon a definition of liberty.” ...read more

    based on 17 ratings

The environment in which we find ourselves is a very hostile one. The Bible does not use kind words to describe it. The Bible talks about the environment being filled with serpents, scorpions, lions, foxes and all kinds of terrible creatures.

SHEEP AMONGST THE WOLVES Dr. D. K. Olukoya Sheep amongst the wolves is the title of our message for this week. Matthew 10: 16 says, “Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves.” ln this passage, Jesus is ...read more

When we stand before the One is the Truth will our traditions remain or be burned up at the BEMA?

Mat 15:2 Why do thy disciples transgress the tradition of the elders? for they wash not their hands when they eat bread. 3 But he answered and said unto them, Why do ye also transgress the commandment of God by your tradition? The problem with the world is not that it that it resists truth. That ...read more

Contributed by Jerry Cosper on Apr 24, 2012
     | 2,605 views

Paul wants to make it perfectly clear that he doesn’t know when the Lord is returning to earth, nor does anyone else. We will note five things about this passage for this study.

We have spent the last two Wednesday studies talking about the RAPTURE and what we can expect. Paul said he didn’t want us to be ignorant of what is going to happen even though many Christians are. He has explained how the dead in Christ will rise first and then we who are living Christians at ...read more

1 Corinthians 12:25  That there should be no schism in the body; but that the members should have the same care one for another.  26  And whether one member suffer, all the members suffer with it; or one member be honoured, all the members rejoice with it.  Ephesians 4:1  ...read more

  • Divided And Dying

    Contributed by B H Grace on Jun 9, 2021
     | 550 views

The enemy has used divide and conquer to split the Church/Body and he is doing it well.

"Division is devastating to effectiveness." Tim Dilena. Division in the Body has possibly done more damage to Western Christianity than heresy. That said, we cannot unite around anything but truth. Ten churches of like faith in a town or even ten miles away are a bar to ...read more

  • A New Covenant

Contributed by Christopher Holdsworth on Jan 21, 2018
    based on 4 ratings

No longer is God's law written upon tables of stone, but upon human hearts.

A NEW COVENANT. Jeremiah 31:31-34. 1. “Behold the Days are Coming” This is a recurring motif in Jeremiah. There is a certainty about it, because it is a declaration of the LORD. It occurs in Jeremiah 23:5 - ‘Behold, the days are coming,’ says the Lord, ‘That I will raise to David a Branch ...read more
