Take God’s Word For It

Summary: All we have to do is believe and rest on His word and He said He would take care of everything for us. Sounds easy, it is, just that easy, if you will let it be!!!
Take God’s Word For It
Matthew 4:4 NKJ
4…He [Jesus] answered and said, “It is written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.’”
Matt 4:4 MSG
4Jesus answered by quoting Deuteronomy: "It takes more than bread to stay alive. It takes a steady stream of words from God’s mouth."
When the devil tempted Jesus, Jesus turned the Word of God on him, saying, “It is written… It is written… It is written…”
Matthew 4: 7, 10 NKJ
7. Jesus said to him, “It is written again, ‘You shall not tempt the LORD your God.
10. Then Jesus said to him, “Away with you, Satan! For it is written, ‘You shall worship the LORD your God, and Him only you shall serve.
Likewise, should the devil remind you of the pain in your body, say what God’s Word says: “It is written, ‘By His stripes I am healed!’”
Not I think I am, I know I am!
Isaiah 53:5 NKJ
5. But He was wounded for our transgressions,
He was bruised for our iniquities;
The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are healed.
1 Peter 2:24 NKJ
24. who Himself bore our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live for righteousness—by whose stripes you were healed.
You know Its ok if you tell God, “I have Your Word for it, I am standing on Your Word and I’m gonna trust you, I‘m going to rest in you.
That’s what the word says to do,
when you’ve done what you know to do, its time to stand on the word!
Get in agreement with Gods word.
I’m Not trying to be healed, but I am healed, my healing has already happened on the cross when Jesus completed His work, He said it is finished.
Lord, I don’t care what this body says, I know it hurts, but it has to line up with Your Word because by Jesus’ stripes I am healed!”
(wrote a song a while back) “In the name of Jesus, your gonna be healed, whether you like it or not, my body is a temple of God
I’m gonna take Him at His word, gonna rise up and walk, my miracles on the way, my body is a temple of God…..”
Sometimes we let the pain in our body, keep us from receiving our miracle!
The accuser will tell you a lots of things, but the bible says your body is a temple of God, and where God lives, power resides and healing lives there too!
Do you know what to say if the devil says to you, “Look at the small balance in your bank account. How are you going to pay your bills?”
just say, “I am not trying to be rich. I am already rich and I have God’s Word for it.
It is written, ‘My God shall supply all my needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.’ Philippians 4:19 NKJ
It doesn’t matter how much you have in the bank. God’s Word tells me that as the need arises, the supply will be there!”
If you need a job or a career change, don’t worry about the circumstances your facing. Like qualifications, age or experience.
Just because you’ve never done it before, doesn’t mean you can’t do it!
There are no circumstances that can’t be overcome with God in your corner, they don’t exist in His camp,
just one second of his favor can clear any and all, the roadblocks that you think might be in your way.
He wants you to have smooth sailing, not rough waters!
Get His word on the subject, the answer your looking for is already on the way!
Don’t just read the word, hear what its saying, start applying the word to your life, start living the WORD!!
When fear gets a hold of you, don’t say to yourself,
“This fear is crazy and stupid. Come on, what are the chances of it happening to me?”
Let me tell you something, the devil doesn’t care how he messes up somebody, as long as he messes them up!
And if you will let him, he will mess you up good. DON’T LET him!!!!
Don’t try to rationalize or reason your fear away. Instead, speak God’s Word into the situation.
Quote 2 Tim. 1:7 NKJ
Say, “It is written, ‘For God has not given me a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.’”
What if the fear returns? Speak God’s Word again. Say, “It is written, it is written, it is written. Put it on auto replay if needed 24/7/365!
The accuser is a slow learner, keep reminding him it is written.
