Luke 10:34 (King James Version)

And went to him, and bound up his wounds, pouring in oil and wine, and set him on his own beast, and brought him to an inn, and took care of him.

A. He dressed his wounds, pouring oil and wine

"And went to him, and bound up his wounds, pouring in oil and wine,"

The LORD JESUS CHRIST is the Good Samaritan. He Healed all our wounds, anointed us with oil and poured healing wine upon us.

The LORD JESUS CHRIST healed us, all of our wounds and He took the wounds and stripes and placed it on Himself.

1 Peter 2:24 (Amplified Bible)

He personally bore our sins in His [own] body on the tree [as on an altar and offered Himself on it], that we might die (cease to exist) to sin and live to righteousness. By His wounds you have been healed.

Isaiah 53:5 (Amplified Bible)

But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our guilt and iniquities; the chastisement [needful to obtain] peace and well-being for us was upon Him, and with the stripes [that wounded] Him we are healed and made whole.

Wine represents the HOLY SPIRIT in our lives.

Ephesians 5:18 (Amplified Bible)

And do not get drunk with wine, for that is debauchery; but ever be filled and stimulated with the [Holy] Spirit.

Proverbs 23:20 (Amplified Bible)

Do not associate with winebibbers; be not among them nor among gluttonous eaters of meat,

Oil represents the HOLY SPIRIT as well in our lives.

1 John 2:27 (Amplified Bible)

But as for you, the anointing (the sacred appointment, the unction) which you received from Him abides [permanently] in you; [so] then you have no need that anyone should instruct you. But just as His anointing teaches you concerning everything and is true and is no falsehood, so you must abide in (live in, never depart from) Him [being rooted in Him, knit to Him], just as [His anointing] has taught you [to do].

What the Jews considered their enemies, the samaritans, was able to love them and care for them.

Romans 12:20 (Amplified Bible)

But if your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him drink; for by so doing you will heap burning coals upon his head.

Matthew 5:43-45 (Amplified Bible)

You have heard that it was said, You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy;

But I tell you, Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you,

To show that you are the children of your Father Who is in heaven; for He makes His sun rise on the wicked and on the good, and makes the rain fall upon the upright and the wrongdoers [alike].

B. He set the man on his own beast, brought him to an inn and took care of him

"and set him on his own beast, and brought him to an inn, and took care of him"

An inn represents a public lodging place where the LORD JESUS CHRIST will care for us.
