Summary: This sermon is about the blessings that a beleiver receives when he is experiencing the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ,the love of God and the communion of the Holy Spirit.
THE BENEDICTION : BLESSINGS UPON THE BELIEVER
I . THE GRACE OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST
1. SALVATION:
Acts.15:11.
The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ gives us salvation and all spiritual blessings.
2. SUFFICIENCY:
II.Corinthians.12:9
The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ is sufficient for us to meet any situation in life. We are enabled through His grace to do many things for the Lord, which we cannot do in our natural strength.
3. SUPPLY:
II.Corinthians 8:9.
Through the grace of our Lord we have the supply of our needs as we receive prosperity through the poverty of Jesus Christ.
II. THE LOVE OF GOD
4.PROTECTION:
When God’s love fills our lives there is great protection as we become very precious to Him.
5. PEACE:
Isaiah.26:3.
When we have close relationship with God we enjoy perfect peace with God.
6. POSSESSIONS:
I.Corinthians.2:9.
There are great possessions awaiting those who love God.
III. THE COMMUNION OF THE HOLY SPIRIT
7. COMFORT
When we walk in close fellowship with the Holy Spirit we enjoy great comfort even in times of sorrow and difficulty.
8.COUNSEL:
There is counsel for our lives when we have close fellowship with the Holy Spirit.
9. CONFIDENCE:
Isaiah.59:19.
If we have fellowship with the Holy Spirit we can get great confidence and courage to face the battles of life.
