"The wicked are overthrown and are not,"

Proverbs 11:21 (Amplified Bible)

11:21 Assuredly [I pledge it] the wicked shall not go unpunished, but the multitude of the [uncompromisingly] righteous shall be delivered.

Proverbs 14:11 (Amplified Bible)

14:11 The house of the wicked shall be overthrown, but the tent of the upright shall flourish.

GOD's words towards Job, because GOD can do this, telling the future of the wicked and proud.

Job 40:11-12 (Amplified Bible)

40:11 Pour forth the overflowings of your anger, and look on everyone who is proud and abase him;

40:12 Look on everyone who is proud and bring him low, and tread down the wicked where they stand [if you are so able, Job].

B. The righteous shall stand

"but the house of the [uncompromisingly] righteous shall stand"

Righteous or "tsaddyq" in Hebrew meaning: just, lawful, righteous man.

Proverbs 24:3-4 (Amplified Bible)

24:3 Through skillful and godly Wisdom is a house (a life, a home, a family) built, and by understanding it is established [on a sound and good foundation],

24:4 And by knowledge shall its chambers [of every area] be filled with all precious and pleasant riches.

2 Samuel 7:26 (Amplified Bible)

7:26 And Your name [and presence] shall be magnified forever, saying, The Lord of hosts is God over Israel; and the house of Your servant David will be made firm before You.

Matthew 7:24-27 (Amplified Bible)

7:24 So everyone who hears these words of Mine and acts upon them [obeying them] will be like a sensible (prudent, practical, wise) man who built his house upon the rock.

7:25 And the rain fell and the floods came and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had been founded on the rock.

7:26 And everyone who hears these words of Mine and does not do them will be like a stupid (foolish) man who built his house upon the sand.

7:27 And the rain fell and the floods came and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell—and great and complete was the fall of it.

It speaks of our spiritual stability before the LORD because the LORD is our firm foundation that can't be moved and the LORD is inside of us that's why we can stand firm.
