Intro . Why Has God ask us to pray for Labers ?

Luke 10:2

2Therefore said he unto them, The harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest.

( I ) THE IMPOSSIBILITIES OF THE TASK

" THIS IS MORE THAN WE CAN DO" YES IT IS

A "THE HARVEST TRULY IS GREAT"

"It is greater than our strength" "The Time is Now"

John 4:35 Say not ye, There are yet four months, and then cometh harvest? behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest

. B FIELDS; FOR THEY ARE WHITE ALREADY TO HARVEST.

Jesus was moved with Compassion

( II ) THE INABILITY’S OF THE LABORS

1 Cor 1:27 But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;

THE LABOURERS ARE FEW:

Rom 10:13-17

13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Salvation is the Responsible Jesus Christ

14 How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?

15 And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!

Service is our Responsible

Our Responsible to God to send & support Missionaries

(III)The Inless possibles Of God

Eph 3:20 Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,

James 4: 2......... ye have not, because ye ask not.

3 Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts.

So We Should Ask . What should we Pray for?

"PRAY YE THEREFORE THE LORD OF THE HARVEST"

1 Prayer for God s Leading Hand

Rev 3:8

I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it:

3 Pray For Contacts "free course"the ability to witness

2 Thess 3:1-3 Finally, brethren, pray for us, that the word of the Lord may have free course, and be glorified, even as it is with you:

3But the Lord is faithful, who shall stablish you, and keep you from evil.

4 Pray for Conviction "to fall and be glorified, even as it is with you"

5 Pray for Prection from "Evil and keep you from evil."

HIS HARVEST.

A. OUR COMMISION "our Job" Sent of Jesus Christ

John 20:21

21Then said Jesus to them again, Peace be unto you: as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you.

Mark 16:15

15And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.

B. OUR CALL FOR HELP

Acts 16:9 And a vision appeared to Paul in the night; There stood a man of Macedonia, and prayed him, saying, Come over into Macedonia, and help us.

C. Our Conviction Of The Gospel

Rom 1:15-16

15 So, as much as in me is, I am ready to preach the gospel to you that are at Rome also.

1 6 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

We should be Ready, We should not be ashamed of the Gospel
