Things I Am Thankful For

Summary: Many things I am thankful for in my life.
THINGS I AM THANKFUL FOR
(1) I am thankful for a loving God.
But after that the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared,
A God who loved us when we did no love ourselves.
A God who saved us when we deserved to die.
A God who has kept us through our life.
(2) I am thankful for Grace.
I thank my God always on your behalf, for the grace of God which is given you by Jesus Christ;
But by the grace of God I am what I am: and his grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain; but I laboured more abundantly than they all: yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me.
Protect us in times of need.
He never leaves us always there for our blessings.
We can do nothing without his grace.
Through grace he fill all our needs.
(3) I am thankful for his Holy Spirit.
Which in other ages was not made known unto the sons of men, as it is now revealed unto his holy apostles and prophets by the Spirit;
He leads us on how and what to preach.
He opens his word to our understanding.
He reveals himself to us by the Holy Spirit.
(4) I am thankful for a home in Heaven.
And they heard a great voice from heaven saying unto them, Come up hither. And they ascended up to heaven in a cloud; and their enemies beheld them.
Jesus gave us and open door when he saved us.
A house not made with hands.
Happy is that people, that is in such a case: yea, happy is that people, whose God is the LORD.
And then shall he send his angels, and shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from the uttermost part of the earth to the uttermost part of heaven.
(5) I am thankful for our church.
And when they were come, and had gathered the church together, they rehearsed all that God had done with them, and how he had opened the door of faith unto the Gentiles.
Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.
(6) I am thankful for my Family.
But when Jesus saw it, he was much displeased, and said unto them, Suffer the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God.
But Jesus called them unto him, and said, Suffer little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God.
(7) I am thankful for my friends.
A man that hath friends must shew himself friendly: and there is a friend that sticketh closer than a brother.
Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you.
Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.
