Praise, worship, glorify, adore, bless, honor, acknowledge and thank You very much LORD JESUS for You are my Strength, and my Defense in this world and in the world to come.

ILLUSTRATION: At 48 years of age, I spend like 4 to 6 hours in the gym every Tuesdays and Wednesdays. How can I do it? I draw strength to strength from My Strength who lives within me, inside of me. He maintains me from the inside and makes me healthy. That's why I don't need any maintenance medicine.
