Summary: what should you remember to do on mother's day

What should you remember to do on Mother's Day, should you remember to call her, should you remember to send or give her a nice card, or should you remember to get her a gift or a nice box of candy? What should you remember to do on Mother's Day, (first, second, third), you should remember to:

1. Forgive Her.

What should you remember to do on Mother's Day, you should remember to forgive her of any fault, failures, or misfortunes of life. Life is not perfect, we've all made mistakes, including you! In Colossians 3:13, "as Christ forgave you, so also you must do". What should you remember to do on Mother's Day, you should remember to forgive her of any faults, failures, and misfortunes and remember to forgive her as Christ has forgiven you.

2. To Put Her First.

What should you remember to do on Mother's Day, you should remember to put her first, tell her "Happy Mother's Day!" in the morning, don't expect her to be in the kitchen, or asking her to do thing's for you, this is her day-put her first! "Luke 6:31 say's, "And just as you want men to do to you, you also do to men also." What should you remember to do on Mother's Day, you should remember to put her first!

3. Be Faithful!

What should you remember to do on Mother's Day, you should remember to be faithful even when your going through the storms, sorrows, and bad situations of life. You may not see eye to eye on every issue, you may have disagreements, you may not always approve of what she has said or did, but the least you can do is honor her as your mother and God will bless you for doing so, Exodus 20:12 say's, "Honor your father and mother, that your days may be long upon the land>" What should you remember to do on Mother's Day, you should remember to be faithful to your mother and honor her and God will bless you for it! (Your mother may not be serving Christ - you may be worlds apart - but as a christian, your have an obligation to be faithful to God's Word and honor your mother for who she is, not what she's done or currently doing)* this includes step-parents

Concl: I want all the mother's to call up front and stand, let's clap our hands as a God bless you, now I want all family members to come and stand beside your wife or mother, now I want everyone to come up front and as our praise team leads us in "Iam Thine O Lord" let's make it our prayer and praise today!
