WORTHY OF OUR THANKS
"Giving thanks always for all things to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ." Ephesians 5:20.
The Christian can give thanks for "all things" as we rest in the promise of Romans 8:28. Using each letter in the word "thanks", write in the word which deserves our profound gratitude and thanksgiving to God.
"Now thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and through us diffuses the fragrance of His knowledge in every place." II Corinthians 2:14
"…Jesus came and stood in the midst, and said to them, ’Peace be with you.’ When He had said this, He showed them His hands and His side. Then the disciples were glad when they saw the Lord." John 20:19b-20.
"The eternal God is your refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms; He will thrust out the enemy from before you." Deuteronomy 33:27.
"Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on the earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father."
