Summary: Using Your words To Change Your Life

Your Future Is In Your Mouth

(Your Wealth, Your Health and Your Life)

Your present condition is a product of your words – Ps. 39:1; 41:12; Matt. 12:34ff.

It was practically created by the things you’ve been saying.

Studying Jos. 1:8 and Matt. 6:31; we can conclude that;

 Our words produce the thoughts that dominate us,

 Our thoughts lead to the things we visualize,

 The things we visualize lead to our actions,

 Our actions (and those of others) produce the conditions around us.

You are involved in a spiritual war, whether you’re aware of it or not and your mind is the battle ground – 2 Cor. 10:3-5; Eph. 6:12.

Your main offensive weapon is; the words of your mouth – Eph. 6:17.

 The word of their (your) testimony – Rev. 12:10.

 Strength ordained in the mouth of babes and sucklings to still the enemy – Ps. 8:2.

The spirit realm primarily responds more to sound (words), than sight – 2 Cor. 5:7; 1 Thess. 1:8.

Your words would make or break you – Matt. 12:36ff.

 Jesus said you will have what you say – Mk. 11:23; Matt. 16:13ff.

 Paul said your confession (words) will lead to your possession – Rom. 10:9-10.

Right now your words are controlling your future;

 Your Wealth – Prov. 10:12; 12:4; 13:2; 18:20.

 Your Health – Prov. 12:6, 18; 16:24.

 Your Life – Prov. 10:4; 13:3; 14:3; 18:21; 21:23; Ps. 39:1; 91.

What Are You Saying About Your Job (Tools of your trade)?

It is important to speak words of faith over your job/work.

 My Job is God’s channel of blessing to my Life.

 God is my ultimate source – Ps. 23:1ff; 121:1ff; Zech. 4:6.

 No man, neither animate nor inanimate object is my source, they are merely channels.

 Since God is my source I am profitable – 1 Tim. 4:7-8.

 My job is a profitable one – Prov. 14:23; 13:11.

 My job is a blessing not a curse – Ps. 1:3; Deut. 28:8, 12.

 Many have seen work as a curse and the result of the fall of man – Gen. 3:17-19.

 This is not so as God gave work before he (man) fell – Gen. 2:10ff.

 The fall of man put in a position to toil in his own strength rather than God’s strength.

 There are no unimportant jobs, only people who feel unimportant in their job.

 My job is my point of contact for physical sustenance – 1 Thess. 3:10; Prov. 12:11, 27; 13:4; 28:19.

 Your quality of life affected by the quality of your job/work.

 The reward I receive for my job/work affects my quality of life.

 My job is my point of contact for being a blessing to people.

 My family – 1 Tim. 5:7ff;

 Others – Eph. 4:28.

 I must do my job to the best of my ability – Ecc. 9:10.

 Unless you are faithful in this you cannot get true riches – Lk. 16:10-12.

 If you’re an employee, you must be faithful in that which is another man’s – Lk. 16:12.

 Your present job is your point of contact to the next (or better) one.

 No job is as important as the one you are doing right now – Neh. 6:3.

 My job is my point of contact for greatness – Prov. 22:29; 12:24.

 No man ever became great outside the place of his job/work; God’s anointing can only rest on you via your job/work.

 The anointing is for work not for status or titles.

 I am anointed for my job/work.

 David – His job firstly as a shepherd and then killing Goliath in battle – 1 Sam. 17.

 Remember that there are no unimportant jobs, only people who feel unimportant in their job.

 The tool of my trade represents my job and is the point of contact for me to flow in the blessing of my job.

 Yielding it to God is yielding my job to God.

 It is my point of contact to access the God’s power to create wealth – Deut. 8:18.

 It is my point of contact for signs and wonders – Is.48:17.

• The Rod of Moses – Ex.4:2ff, 17, 20.

• Elijah’s mantle – 1Kg.19ff.

• Sampson’s hair/ jaw bone – Jug.13-16.

• David’s slingshot – 1Sam.17.

 As I yield my “tools” today, God is on our side and takes charge of my job – Rom.8:31.

 One with God is the majority – 2 Kg. 6; 1 Sam. 17.

 It is “Coming in the name of the Lord” so I’m destined to succeed this year in Jesus’ name.
