Features

• Made the phrase "Song of Solomon" an acronym for "Song of Songs", so SermonCentral should treat both phrases as the same

Bug Fixes

• The NASB, HCSB, AMP, and ESV Bible translations had too errors in them, so they'll be removed from the site temporarily until we can fix all of the errors
• Fixed navigation in the Bible between books
• Reintroduced bible copyright notices that had been inadvertently removed
• More styling for bible, including words of Jesus and footnote italics
• Small fixes to the NIV, NIRV, KJV, and NKJV Bible translations - removed extra characters, fixed formatting
