SAFE AS IN BED

In the movie Gods and Generals, one of Stonewall Jackson’s staff officers asked him how he can be so peaceful and calm when there are bullets, shells, and death all around him? He responded, "Because my faith tells me that I am as safe on the battlefield as I am in bed."
