Matthew 16:1- 4 and 4:17
I feel like Jesus sometime. People see me and come around me everywhere I go. When deception beat me at a game I wasn’t intending to play, I find myself praying more: not because I’m praying for myself, but I’m praying for those who hurt me by pretending to be a friend.
We want to tempt you, so that we can show you how cold we are in and of the world. After I heard this, I want to put them under my feet by the power of prayer, and on the third day, I want to show them: how lively, I am, each citizen of the United States and spreading abroad.
The Pharisees and Sadducees were a corrupted group of people. Influencing the magistrates about some of the problems, Jesus was causing them. It’s causing me great concerns, whereas the people that are coming around me: are not saying anything to me. They think that I have some kind of mystical powers to entertain them, so they can have a reason to do what they have been doing all the time.
The Pharisees and Sadducees need direct evidence to contaminate the word of God, so they can turn him over to the desires in their heart.
When you know that someone is building you up, in order that you might show them a sign. You have to say something of value back them. Whenever you say something that gives God the glory, you said something valuable.
Everybody likes signs to make it easier to believe what they want to believe. Do you want to believe that Jesus was just a prophet? Do you want to believe that there is another way other then what Jesus says? Know body has the right to condemn you for what you believe: Before we realize it, those days will come down on us like fire and brimstones.
It’s been happening across some parts of the world.
The Pharisees and Sadducees are helpful by letting us know what’s going on all around us. That’s why Jesus left them alone, because they knew too much about the world, but they didn’t know the sign of the times. When you meet someone that knows too much about science, it’s best to leave them alone, that you might not get dragged away from God, because you believed in the wrong way.
Talking about judging the weather by the color of the sky: lying and cheating in the dark: the Pharisees did it all, and they had it all. Respect and wealth and influence, it’s not too much, that you can tell a person with influence, at lease not while they are in a group. The Pharisees and Sadducees are in a group, they are in groups today. People that sit back and think about how they can hurt you in the long run. Their hearts are so cold; you can store meat in it during the summer months, now, that’s cold.
We all have let God down by the things we do, say, and the things we sometime put before him. The Pharisees and Sadducees knew the presents of familiar spirits, but they didn’t know the presents of God.
While you’re waiting on God and he’s coming, you will know by calling him. Don’t be afraid to call him: there is only one thing that could happen. If you call him like they did in the wilderness, he’ll come, when he came unto his own, they received him not but as many as received him to them he gave power to become the sons of God.
You know, It was hard but not impossible to take the advantage of this group; Satan made the Pharisees act contrary, whenever they saw Jesus coming around. Many of them missed their chance for a real blessing Most of them were not able to live in a way, which they would have known was the only way back to God. If you plan on getting back to God, you’re going to have to do it through Jesus.
If you know another way, it might be a good way but not in the end.
The old rug get cross is heavy, but it’s easy; suffering for Jesus sake is light: compared to what hell has to offer with a lake of fire in it. Sometimes lakes are deep. Everybody that goes to hell will scream to the top of their voices, because of the pain and suffering. We got to study the signs of the times. Jesus tells us to be ready, because he’s coming back like a thief in the night.
The Pharisees and Sadducees could not discern the signs of the times; they missed the most important sign of them all. Jesus was God manifested in the flesh, but they refuse to believe his words, instead they wanted to kill him, and his disciples. These time are right around the corner as the world turns, after we see them with our eyes, it’s too late to do anything.
Jesus has already given us a sign when he was shut up in the tomb for three days, and he was dead, but he came out living forever and ever.
The world has committed adultery by having an affair with signs and wonders; most people spend a lot of their time in front of a computer; you can call that a wonder, since it is programmed to do things most people don’t even think is possible, so it is a wonder to the eyes.
There is one sign that we should never forget the sign of the prophet Jonas. This was the death, burial, and the resurrection of Jesus. This was the penalty of death being paid for all of mankind sins, this was the sign.
Perhaps, you’re in the belly of a whale, and you have the understanding that you don’t belong there. Whenever you draw close to Jesus, he will get you out. He’ll get you out of whatever you’re in, so you can see things the way they suppose to be seen. He’ll get you out, so that you can follow him; he’ll get you out, so that you can have experience; he’ll get you out, that you might know the last sign, before he takes you away by heart.
He’ll get you out although you lost in sin, he wants to save you. He’ll get you out, if your heart is right with him. He’ll get you out, even though he knows you’re going to let him down. He’ll get you out, provided that you marry him, and you love him, and he loves you. God is love, until the morning come he wants to wake you up; he wants you to know he’s there. God wants to do this for you, because he loves you. God wants to get you out something’s.
He’ll get you out, unless you want to stay in those sins. Sin is pleasurable, until God warns us about where we’re going to spend eternity. He’ll get you out, while you thought he left you all alone to die, he is so good to those who love him with all their heart, mind, body, soul, and strength. He’ll get you out of that whale’s belly. Let this be the last sign you seek after. Let this be the life that you want in Jesus to lift you up.
If you been in the belly of the whale in your relationship with God, as it has swallowed you.
