Summary: People seem to be afraid of silence. They do anything to fill their lives with noise and avoid the emptiness. But God says "Be still and know that I am God." What can that mean to us and how can we go about doing it?
Summary: There are times when our lives move so fast, that we need to slow down and let our souls catch up with our bodies. In the midst of our busyness we need to slow down and go to that solitary place for prayer. And then let your Amen prepare you for Action.
Summary: Those bad times in our life will come to pass too because God is our refuge and strength. He is always there and never misses a moment. I have always wondered just how someone makes it through this life believing some dead god.
