He was placed with his mat in a room full of people listening to Jesus teach, hoping for a miracle. When Jesus said that the paralytic man’s sins were forgiven, he wondered how it was possible for Jesus to forgive sins. The man realizes that only God can forgive sins and heal his legs, and he knows that God can change the world. This video is based on Luke 23:34 and is part of the Last Words of Christ Easter series, and can also stand alone as a sermon illustration on forgiveness.
