  • Education: I have a Bachelors in Biblical Literature from Ozark Christian College. I have a M.A. in Philosophy and Theology from Lincoln Christian Seminary. And I have a Ph.D. in the School of Hard Knocks.
  • Experience: 1989-1992 I was a Youth Minister at Minier Christian Church, Minier IL. 1992-1993 I helped plant a Church and campus ministry in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. 1994-2000 Throughout the years I was the Outreach Minister, Small Groups Minister, and Singles Minister at Rocky Mountain Christian Church in Longmont, CO.
  • Comment to those looking at my sermons: I don’t have one particular sermon style, but I always try to hit the head, heart and hands of the audience.
  • Family: I have been married for nearly 10 years to my wife Julie, and I have two beautiful young daughters -- Elle and Shelby.
  • Hobbies: I enjoy writing, teaching, working on our house and lawn, walking and being with friends and family.
  • Something funny that happened while preaching: During a wedding I asked for the rings, just then a ring came forth from a guest’s cell phone.
  • What I want on my tombstone: If you’d like to see me, I’m with Jesus.
