THE INVITATION TO INTIMACY Ruth 2:14-16 Now Boaz said to her at mealtime, "Come here, and eat of the bread, and dip your piece of bread in the vinegar." So she sat beside the reapers, and he passed parched grain to her; and she ate and was satisfied, and kept some back. 15And when she rose up to more

  • Set Free In Our Minds

    Contributed on Mar 11, 2018

In today's world we find that more and more people including Christians are becoming enslaved to "prisons of thinking". Here is a sermon that will set you on the road to freedom.

Psalm 124:1-8 If the LORD had not been on our side—let Israel now say—if the LORD had not been on our side when people rose up against us, they would have swallowed us alive because of their burning anger against us. The waters would have engulfed us; a torrent would have overwhelmed us. Yes, more

  • The Need To Be Filled With The Holy Spirit

    Contributed on Mar 11, 2018

The Holy Spirit isn't just an "add on" to our lives, He is a necessity. He transforms believers to "Christians" - little anointed ones! Just as we spend time occupied in relationships with others, work, or tasks, we need even more to be "occupied" by Him.

The Need To Be Filled With The Holy Spirit Acts 2:1-4 When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.2 And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting.3 Then there appeared to more

  • The Ongoing Revelation Of God Or Growing In His Knowledge

    Contributed on Mar 11, 2018

Revelation and relationship is a result of growing in the knowledge of God. This sermon looks at Abraham as a model of intimacy with God.

THE ONGOING REVELATION OF GOD OR GROWING IN HIS KNOWLEDGE As we look at the Presence of God, we realize that there is the Person of God. The Person of God is not something that we can know in an instant. We know God progressively. Even if we go to home to be with the Lord, we won’t know more
