Sermon Illustrations

One day in the 1880’s a little lady lived in a little house. There had been little rain that summer.

This morning there was a little wind blowing.

The little lady woke up one ordinary morning, it was still dark.

So the little lady picked up her little lamp with a little oil in it.

She picked up a little match and lit with the little fire the little lamp that produced a little light in the darkness.

She walked out to her little barn and walked their little cow into it’s little stall. The little lady got a little corn and a little hay and put it in front

of her little cow.

She took her little milk bucket and started milking a little milk from the little cow. There were a bunch of little flies flying around the little cow.

So the cow used it’s little tail to SHOO off the little flies.

The cows little tail knocked over the little lamp, and a little oil ran onto the little bit of dry hay and the little flame ignited a little fire.

The little lady didn’t think too much of the little fire. She ran to get a little bucket of water and it took a little while, when she returned her whole little barn was on fire.

The barn was burning and it caught the little house...
