Too often, we have a tendency to stare up into the clouds waiting for Jesus to doing something amazing when the whole time He wants to be doing amazing things through us.

Often time we approach God and the Holy Spirit the way we do a doctor’s appointment. We pencil him in when it is convenient for us. That is not how God works though. He works on His time and he is often uncomfortable.
In the book of Luke, we find an interesting dialogue between Jesus and a few men as they make their way to Jerusalem. When the spirit of God begins to move in our lives, sometimes we end up getting ahead of God which creates some pretty big questions.

As we live our lives we need to remember who it is that we are calling out to and in relationship with. Nothing else even comes close to matching the God that we know!
